The BEST dental experience ever! From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff was reassuring and mindful of my anxiety at the dentist. The warmth and care only continued as I entered the office. I was greeted by name and the team was so friendly in getting me set up. The positive energy continued as I met with the hygienist and dental assistant. Every single person was incredibly personable and kept me informed every step of the way, which helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Cheng was top-notch and absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever met with. He explained in detail everything he was seeing in my x-rays and his approach in treating my cracked tooth and root canal. This was especially comforting as I’m 8 months pregnant and he made the entire procedure as painless as possible while checking in on me regularly and continuing to explain to me everything he was doing throughout my procedure. So happy to have found this practice!

Family Roots Dentistry is amazing! Just had my first visit. They are thorough and take the time to focus on total patient care. The most welcoming environment and staff… Very accommodating and receptive!!! Deep cleaning process was soothing and pain free! Also two filling procedures were pain free! Medicine was prescribed, numbing cream applied before the gums were injected, didn’t feel a thing! For my first experience having to have any work done on my teeth and avoiding the dentist for years (smh). Family Roots Dentistry was my best case scenario! 😃🦷

Your Dental Health is extremely important and when it goes the world knows it. Bad breath, pain, how you are perceived by others all things that start sliding into the negative when you neglect dental care . Whether it’s cost, fear, or just circumstances sometimes the inevitable happens and in my case I started avoiding social situations.
I decided I didn’t want to go to a business, I wanted a practice that cared about me. From the other reviews, and posts on social media Family Roots Dentistry looked to have everything I wanted!
From the minute I walked in the door I could tell this was professional, state of the art CLEAN but each member of the staff was kind and caring! They really listened to my story, my fears, and came up with a plan to bring my smile back!
I haven’t had anything completed yet, that’s down the road but my fears have gone from off the chart and Ito what’s normal considering the work in my future. I’m SO excited to one day add pictures of before and after with an update. Honestly you can’t choose a better practice!!

My first consultation visit went very well. They went over all my teeth. I understood everything they said to me I look forward to my first visit getting some cavities taken care of and then I will need to get my back molars crowned as I do notice the crack in the molar that they pointed out with a big huge silver filling. So far, so good.

Fantastic first visit. Great staff. Friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to making this office my permanent dental place.

Amazing dentists and front desk staff. I have been in for major dental work and have great care. They make sure I am comfortable every step of the way. Beautiful office, super organized. I recommend them to everyone. I won't go anywhere else.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Mike and the whole Family Roots team. From day one they have made it a priority to know who I am, remember things about me, to make sure everything is documented and come up with the best treatment plans. Just yesterday needed an extraction, I was terrified. I also had a couple fillings done. I was waiting for the ungodly pressure and sucking of the tooth coming out. After a while of hearing the drill Dr Mike told me he was just polishing up the fillings and I was all done. I was like ok but when are you pulling the tooth. He was like, “ I did already” .I had no idea, all I had was Novocain. He took his time and told me everything he was doing and there was one moment of a weird pressure and a small noise and that was the pull! I have had two root canals and crowns put in here as well. They are priced well, and the commitment to care has been next to none. Even in after hours emergency infection, Dr Mike called me in a prescription for my infection at 9pm on a Saturday night. These people care. From those running the front desk to everyone on the dental team. I can not say enough good things about them. I recently moved to WI and hour away and will still drive to this dentist for all my dental needs. You can’t go wrong with this team. Thank you to the whole Family Roots team for helping me correct my mistakes with my teeth for so long and doing it with care and compassion.

The staff and doctors are the absolute best! They are absolute professionals and take all of your concerns seriously and are thorough. Dr Anjali and her staff are very personable and takes the effort of getting to know each patient. To me that is amazing service! My whole family of 7 trusts this team with our oral health , and that is the most important factor! Anyone reading this review I would HIGHLY recommended Family Roots Dentistry.

We went in as a family. They all listened to us and what we wanted. The time they took with us on our first visit was outstanding did not feel rushed. Felt at home. So glad we decided to hunt down Kathleen from our old office to family roots.

Literally the nicest, most professional dentists office i have ever been to. Started out with a great front office so polite and ON TIME! Then when I was with the Dental Hygienist Kathleen she was super gentle yet effective in cleaning my teeth and making sure every tooth was taken care of including around my lower permanent retainer. Then Dr Mike came and checked everything and noticed a few problems I had been having with my teeth moving since I had orthodontia and explained my options….. Also checked me for mouth cancer. Love this place. So friendly yet so professional!!

Who really likes to go to the dentist? Now that I've found Family Roots Dentistry, I can honestly say that I do! The staff is so friendly, skilled, attentive, and proactive. I couldn't be more pleased.
