Channahon Park District

A variety of options to enjoy with the park district, that change seasonally. Very large outdoor area with playgrounds, walking trails, workout station, skate park, picnic area, pool (extra) and more. The host a rather large summer carnival.

We're new to the area, our 3yo son is enrolled in a couple classes. So far the staff has been amazing.

Nice park area for small kids. There's also two baseball fields, a bike path, skatepark, two pavilions, and a grassy field in the same area. An ideal place to get some fresh air with the family.

Excellent community park district facility. Between the pool which has a zero depth area, slide little area for toddlers not to mention they carve out a little bit of time every hour for adults only. FABULOUS. They have tennis, basketball courts, pavilion. Not to mention this is where the have 3Rivers festival in August. It's a very beautiful place to visit not matter what your looking to do.

Had a birthday party for my cousins son and it was a blast! He rented it out for a night swim and it was a GREAT time! The waterslide was fun and the water was perfectly Luke warm! Absolutely great experience

We had a company picnic here and the park was great. There are a couple pavilions around the pavilion (which we didn't use). Lots of open land. Our section had a 400 person tent, a couple bounce houses, rc race car track, mini golf, vendor tents and a big open area. There were several other events going on in the park in different areas that were totally out of our way. Nice pool and splash pad area too. I saw some courts, I think basketball and tennis there too.

Beautiful park. Made for family's who love fun

Wonderful place to hang out with friends doing any number of activities, including baseball, skating or swimming. It is well kept and there are so many things to do here. Highest recommendation for a park.

This is a great public park that hosts community sporting events and provides facilities for various activities. My family and I had a wonderful time there watching Cub League soccer.

Nice skate park.

Channahon Park District Central Park is a beautiful place to spend time. Rented a pavilion and had the kids graduation party there. Facility is well maintained and very comfortable. Recommend this for a family gathering or friends.

Great space. The pool is reasonably priced, and there are walking trails, picnic pavilions, tennis courts, a skate park, and baseball and soccer fields.

Many activities, such as work out equipment and a skatepark! Pavilions are also available for rent with bathrooms nearby

Well taken of clean good parking not too many places to sit

Great place for fun with kids. Pool basketball skate park etc.

The only park in Minooka and Channahon I feel good bringing my two toddlers. Tons of slides for mini slide enthusiasts.
