D.C. Cobb's

We played a show at the theater next to this place. Had dinner here. WOW!!!! The service was very good and friendly. But the food!! I had a huge burger with bacon, egg, and hashbrowns. It was huge and incredible. Wife had a chicken wrap, she said was incredible as well. The incredible food combined with the small town friendly atmosphere makes this place well worth the stop. I love how they "branded" the bun.

Been coming to D.C. Cobb's for a while and they never disappoint! Food freshly made the bacon cheese fries were delicious.our server Nanci was so friendly and generous!

Great food and friendly staff. Delicious cocktails. Get the nachos! The avocado rolls are super tasty. Quesadilla is really good. Always very busy.

Ate there for the first time last night. We reserved on Google where you can choose between the bar area, dining area and the patio. Note that the patio is enclosed/covered with open air windows that are near the stream. Long story, but we ended up in the bar area against our intentions. Izzy (sp?), who took care of us, overheard the conversation and tried to accommodate us, but we ended up staying put. The menu is great in that it isn't the same old, same old. Meaning, they have put some effort into the various choices. We had the southwest wrap (very nice) with a side of sweet potato fries (a bit cold) which includes cinnamon butter for dipping which was SO good, I wanted to drink it! Also had the Thunder using grilled chicken and a couple add on toppings. It was kind of sloppy, but in a good way. Manager was stopping by most tables and was aware of the table snafu and offered us a dessert, but we declined. We will definitely be back as the service was fantastic and the food was great!

We went to DC Cobbs tonight for dinner and it was phenomenal. Our server Izzy was absolutely amazing and on top of it! She was so kind, attentive, and we never had to wait for refills. She was helpful with explaining the menu items and had a smile on her face at all times. The food is always amazing, especially the dynamite shrimp. We love coming here, hopefully we get Izzy again next time!

We found a great location for lunch in McHenry at D.C. Cobb's. Extremely easy to find with plenty of free parking right across the street. The restaurant is well laid out so tables are not crowded together. Be prepared for decisions as there are many toppings choices (the most cheese choices I've seen) for your burger, as well as choices for the type of protein (corn fed beef, grass fed, bison, and many other options). Their wraps were tasty. Their crispy chicken BLT wrap (grilled is available as well) and fries hit the spot. My choice of fries with cheese and bacon was very good, and their bar/beer selections (the Stout was really good) also made for a pleasant afternoon.

The McHenry location is on par with Huntley and Dundee. Tried the Groundhog Burger for the 1st time...delicious! I had Old Fashions, both WI and IL style and they were great!

Love the service that we got from Britany! Got to experience a wonderful date night with my wife and was facilitated by great service and taking care of all of our needs. Love coming here and have always had a good time and great bar tender that makes good drinks. Definitely recommend this place for a date night!

Amazing food, great service and wonderful views.

Visited for the first time on Saturday and the food is fabulous! The warm elote dip is out of this world. Our party of 4 each had different burgers and they were ALL amazing! We will be back for sure

I want to thank DC Cobb’s for allowing my bachelorette party to take refuge at their establishment last night after a terrible experience at an ax throwing establishment nearby. None of us were familiar with the area but felt very welcomed. I also want to thank the off the clock bar tender, I believe her name was Lexi, who bought me a shot. Also, my whole group and I appreciated being carded (I was the youngest in the group at age 32). We definitely looked like fish out of water when we walked in and probably raised the median age number of the bar but we are appreciative of the hospitality. The food was delicious and the music was even better. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I really enjoyed the unique menu items. The burger choices are amazing. The service was very accommodating as we celebrated a birthday with a large party. I can't wait to go back and try another burger option.

Had a great time visiting this location. We were checking out few local venues and decided to stop at Cobb’s for lunch. We sat outside heated area with view of the river. Loved the ambiance, food and great service. Would defiantly come back for their food and drinks.

At night it's too noisy

I have been in both locations half a dozen times each. I have yet to have a bad or even less than stellar experience in either one. The staff are always ready to help. The atmosphere is a perfect amalgamation of busy and relaxing. I never feel like I am being rushed to eat and leave. Menu selection and quality of food is worth the price and time to drive out.

Great place. Great beer choices. Great service. Came for dinner and to watch game. Enjoyed the evening and the food. Cannot wait to come back when it's warmer and sot outside! Cool people eat here....

So many good choices on their menu we're gonna be coming back for more! The service was amazing and the food was outstanding! I love that they have multiple protein options so whether you're a carnivore or a vegan/vegetarian there are multiple options for everyone!

Food was amazing, I got the beef sandwich and it was delicious!
