If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. Denise does not care about the child or the well being of the child. She will drag things on and on and good luck getting a hold of her. And if you try more than once she will become irritated with you. If she likes you, that’s in your favor but if at all she dislikes you, it will go against you. Completely unethical. Stay far far away from her.. She’s very unprofessional . She even missed our deposition and tried charging us for a phone call made by my attorney to find out where she was. Also, when she did interviews, she didn’t write the report correctly and misstated information provided. I don’t even think she was listening to some of the people she interviewed. On top of everything, the judge even went against her recommendation. He said her recommendation made no sense at all for the benefit and wellbeing of my child.

Just another slimy and terrible attorney nothing new here folks. The kind that move cases to status dates after status dates bill you for “claimed” conversations or coffee with other attorneys then call you and give you nothing relevant and bill you for this…report to court and move things to another status date and bill you for that too. Rinse and repeat. 🔁Only to come home and open up your inbox and find more homework and invoices for you to pay regarding the exact same issue over and over again…it’s a money game and a joke. Unethical clowns. After my experience with this idiot, I will never hire another attorney again. I have absolutely zero doubt that I would have been able to come to a resolution on my own which is unpaid child support and other paid financial matters that I am owed many months ago. Complete utter waste and incompetence, the bottom feeders of the world. If this garbage of a human says I owe her money I will sue her plain and simple and she will lose.

1. She charges $150 for consultation.
2. She doesn't get back to you when she says she will. Then gets upset when you call her to follow up.
3. I found other attorneys with no consult fee that were punctual and followed up when they said they would.
4. Turns out I needed a probate attorney, bit family law. I think that should have been explained to me during the consult.

This was a terrible costly experience. The attorney knew she would get her money as soon as the divorce was final and she still filed a Judgment against me. She received full payment right after the divorce. While applying for a mortgage, come to find out 4 years later that she dropped the ball and the paperwork was never filed properly. I had a ficticious piece of paper from the court house that was stamped. So for 4 years my credit rating has been greatly affected by this. Beware.

Denise is lazy and tries to drag things out to get paid. She had a simple college agreement to draw up and still could not get it done before my son had to go to college. I told her write it up and three court dates later she finally gave me something and then charged outrageous fees for her lack of competence. waste of time and money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

I met with Denise and could tell immediately it was all about her getting paid. Lack of concern. Lack of professionalism. How she passed the bar is beyond me.

If I could give 0, I would.

She did not perform due diligence as a guardian ad litem.

Never got a return call
