Can't say enough good things about our experience! Service was prompt and professional. Food was absolutely delicious! Finished our evening up in the speakeasy and the cocktails were perfectly constructed! Hats off to the Ember's team for such a great experience!!

We attended Embers Valentine's Day Comedy Dinner Show. Everything was just amazing. The dinner option was Surf and Turf. The steak cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was on point. Managers were stopping by the whole time, making sure we received a good service. The crew was very fast and friendly. The package included dinner and the comedy show. We're planning to make this our Valentine's Day tradition every year. So, hopefully, they will continue providing this venue again next year. For the show, Brian Hicks was the headliner, and he was hilarious.

This place was a gem of a find! Staff was great and the food was A-mazing, came fast, and hit the spot. Floor was super sticky for some reason, and the music was loud and had explicit lyrics, but it's a pub so a bit to be expected.

A nice little place in downtown Lockport with a nice bar/pool tables on the first floor, and a speak easy upstairs. Had to wait a bit for bar service downstairs, but not dissappointed by the food and variety of drinks. Chef Bobby throws down a mean steak bite appetizer and the specialty drinks are off the chain. A must go to when in lockport.

Our server waitress was extremely nice, very quick, food was delicious. Of course the beer was good too, tons of choices. Great place for a quick bite, there’s an outlet at each booth. Could get some work done if you really wanted to!!

We just had our wedding on the 2nd floor of Embers last Saturday, and it turned out AMAZING!!! Everything from the event staff, to the new chef, to the venue itself was incredible and everything we imagined it could be! Our total guest count was 175 people, and we were able to utilize the catwalk and back patio for the reception as well! It never felt crowded! Everyone was raving about the food and atmosphere!!! Chef bobby absolutely nailed it! Their bartenders are very efficient and keep the lines moving! The GM was so accommodating to our requests, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything went! I would highly recommend them if you are considering venues for your wedding!!! Ask for Theresa!

Huge shout out to Embers. Especially Nick. My sister passed away in February, and we had her luncheon at Embers. Nick opened up early to accommodate us. We had over 100 people attend.The food was awesome. The service was great. I couldn't ask for anything better. Superb job 👏. Thank you, Nick, for helping and your compassionate heart.

The food isn't the best. We had surf and turf. The meat served was strip steak, precooked and held in chef trays. I don't like strip steak. I don't like well-done strip steak. When I asked for a thicker cut (hoping it wouldn't be well done), I was politely told no. I understand they served 120 people for a comedy show and dinner. I get that. But I've never had a good dining experience at Embers. And I keep trying! I'll be back because I love the whole place, and the GM is top-notch. The special event crew is a bit condescending. Even with all that, I'll be back!

Had my future daughter-in-law’s bridal shower at Embers. The atmosphere was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Theresa and staff were very accommodating. Thank you!

Took some time till the waiter noticed us there. After he did, A+ service. Appetizer came out fast, food right behind that! Salmon deviled eggs, excellent! Had the fish and chips, fries and fish right out the fryer.. fish was really good! Happening place

We dined there on 10/7/22, the food was great! I had the corn hash sandwich, my kids loved their wings, and my wife had the Buffalo chicken Mac & Cheese. The fried pickles were ok. The mix drinks were good, wife had the Manhattan. I had a craft beer. Our waitress Kaitly (I hoped I didn’t mess up her name) was outstanding, she gave us great food recommendations. I will definitely go back.

Food was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the jalapeño appetizer which I would definitely recommend. Staff was attentive and helpful. Different areas for seating which includes outdoor patio. Inside was clean and seating was spaced out well. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here on 09/16/23 and absolutely loved it! Working with Theresa was great/smooth and she answered all of our questions/concerns quickly. The day of the wedding ran smooth and our guests had a blast! The food was great. My favorite part was that neither my husband or I had to breakdown any of our decor because our coordinator along with Embers staff took care of everything!

I would highly recommend Embers to anyone having a Wedding on the smaller size (we had about 100 guests) and/or anyone wanting a different atmosphere than your typical wedding venue/banquet hall.

I highly recommend this location. When I go back home to IL. I will definitely visit again and again.

We went for the NYE comedy night. Food was great and the Comedy outstanding. Shout out to Ed Kerfin's routine. One slight point against the evening was that the drink prices were a bit higher than expected.

We had our daughter's baby shower in the Speakeasy today and it was a phenomenal event. Our event specialist, Susan, was so easy to work with and accommodated our requests with ease. Our guests raved about the rich decor and tasty cocktails but the true star was the food. With the varied menu offered we were able to feed the vegans, the gluten free crowd, AND the folks who will eat anything. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty and was all plated beautifully. We had a hard time getting our guests to leave! Prices were reasonable and the staff treated our guests like royalty. It was a pleasure to support this local business that has done so much to enhance our community.

A+ service as always. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday at Ember in June and had incredible service in every aspect. From planning the event to the wait staff. The food and drinks are always amazing but the service is where Embers shines. Last night we celebrated my sons 21st birthday at Embers and again they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We didn’t make a reservation originally because we’d planned on just having dinner as a family and having friends join us after dinner. It was my oversight not thinking to make a dinner reservation on a Saturday evening. I reached out to Embers late in the afternoon and they were able to secure a reservation for us. Not only did we get a reservation but when we arrived we found that they’d held 2 tables for us to celebrate with our guests. We received top notch service all evening and had an amazing time celebrating our sons birthday with friends and family. We will continue to host celebrations at Embers because we know we will ALWAYS have the best service possible. HIGHLY recommend!

Came here for a baby shower. This place was huge, several floors outdoor and indoor seating available! The event space was beautiful and fit a bunch of people.

Anna was amazing! We showed up with 15 people. Had a big group and she handled it very well. She was attentive and super nice the whole time. We had a great time because we had Anna as our server.

We went here for Easter Brunch, the food was very good and the service was exemplary
