The awesome lady that was working the line rolled my burrito so good! I did not have to readjust the burrito while eating it. The ingredients did not even budge a little bit. Expert mode, noms, thank you.

Also on a side note, the automated phone service has a minimal list of commands, so if you are attempting to call for any reason other than struggling to order food (such as phoning in a quick compliment) forget about it. Chipotle may as well not post a phone number.

We used to go here a lot. This visit, my food was perfect (pulled pork) and my daughter didn’t like the chicken part of her meal. So she requested some bites from mine, which she loved. She ordered the pulled pork from another location a couple of days later and she didn’t like theirs. One thing we’ve noticed is that the recipes don’t seem to be followed consistently at the Hanley road location and now, at other locations too. It is so hit and miss. We actually both had a bad experience of this location close to a year ago and quit buying from them. It used to be our go to place for food due to incredible taste and consistency. But we noticed a change and we were so turned off by the flavor and quality of food, that we decided to stop going altogether. I hope they will train their staff better to follow the recipe 100% so they can keep the customers they do have. With so many restaurants shutting down, I am really rooting for Chipotle.

There was a guy working the line with a green sweater and he was going turbo speed and was super friendly. They moved the line along quickly. Great service!!

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and very clean. You can watch them prepare the food.

I've never posted a review before, but seeing all these negative ones has me shocked. I parked and got take out and, unlike literally ever other fast food restaurant I've been to in the area, they had 8+ employees, cooking/cleaning/serving dine-in customers. I was in-and-out in minutes. Perhaps this was a fluke, or maybe they've made changes in the past months, but my experience probably couldn't have been better.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. I almost didn't go because of them but I went this evening (after being out of the country for several years) and this is the best customer service experience I've had since being back. It was clean, well lit, stocked, with the KINDEST employee's. I don't normally review fast food restaurants but I really feel like they deserved it. If I had cash on them I would have tipped. I was in and out with hot food in minutes. Thank you guys - can't wait to come back

I loved the staff because they were so nice! I chatted with a person named Wanda who worked there and they made me feel welcome. I ordered a bowl and ate by the window. It was pretty busy traffic outside but definitely worth the wait to stop in an get one of my favorite foods.

When I first went here it was rough. They just opened, you could tell they were struggling. Since, my in store and drive through experiences have gotten much better. I’ll keep going here.

I used to give them 1 star but the store has changed drastically now.
The food is hot and fresh, not cold like before.
The staff is very friendly.
Its a very nice change.
I would always avoid this location and drive to S Hanley but not anymore.

Great experience at this Chipotle! No wait to order. Store was very clean inside and employees were appropriately masked. Both the person who constructed my veggie bowl and the cashier were friendly and skilled at their work. I was pleased with all the ingredients, enough so that I didn't get a picture before eating it all! Would definitely recommend this location.

I’m a regular customer. I just love the new team you have here now I have stopped coming for a long time but you have me back, please don't change up the new manager you have here is doing an amazing job the place is clean and smells great Chipotle You did great by the Manager team here

They were short staffed and slammed. I am a delivery driver but also a restaurant manager so i know how things are. The young women behind the counter were amazing, an unsatisfied customer was just ignorant, and they handled the situation very well. Thank you all for your hard work...you are appreciated.

I don't eat sour cream nor did I order it, yet they lathered my order with a ton of it. Absolutely disgusting.

I thought this location was superior to many around St. Louis. The serving of meat they gave me was pretty large, and the employees were friendly.

One of the best "convenient food" experiences I've ever had. The woman behind the counter that put my order together was great!! Wonderful attitude. So welcoming and helpful. I didn't catch her name but I was there around 1:00PM today. I will definitely be back, and hope she'll be there to add a bit of happiness to my day. Thank you.

They have definitely got better employees since I have been there last about 5 months ago! They are all trying to learn and you can see that as many of them seem to work together nicely and communicate!

My first time and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless; and, it had an industrial look. What I really liked was being able to see the workers prep the food, chopping onions, etc. For service, you go through a cafeteria like line to build yor dish. I got several dishes to go. There was quite a variety of selections to add to each. Everyone loved the food. I so enjoyed the flavor and variety. I will go back. Maybe I will see you there.
