Very rude. We had an electric issue after hours and he told us we needed to keep calling around because no one would be able to come out. It’s okay if you decline to come out, but you don’t have to be nasty and rude to the person on the other end. We are dealing with a lot and now this guys attitude just made this day even worse. Just be nice! It’s not hard.
