Fantastic service from true professionals! I had the electrical panel replaced in my home and Dan and Alex showed up on time and very professional. Work was done in the time frame they quoted. They were also able to provide us with some information and advice about a few other miscellaneous electrical issues. I would definitely hire Wooding Electric again and plan to refer them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Wooding Electric came to install a Tesla station in our garage. The electrician was punctual, professional and friendly. He installed the station, cleaned up afterwards, and even spent a few extra minutes working another small electrical issue for us. Highly recommend.

From any angle you choose to measure this company, they earn top accolades. Their techs James and Dan put in new deck lights and an entryway light for us. Very professional and high quality work! I'll continue to use them as the end result is what's to all parties involved.

I was quoted $650 for the technician to remove a section of wall around the breaker box, add an insulator around the breaker box, and replace two of the breakers that had damage.

The technician removed the cover plate, sprayed insulation foam, and called it a day. No breakers were replaced.

I'm glad I didn't end up with part of my wall missing, but if the technician didn't need to do it, I shouldn't have been charged for the labor of it.

Afterwards, I called to speak with somebody about the discrepancy, and was told the technician would return my call. He did not.

Please, stay away from this company if you have any work regarding your service panel. I have no idea about other electrical-related work but I have had a pretty bad experience with them and have not recieved any refund for their wrong work.

What was supposed to be a simple 1-circuit installation turned out to be done 80% wrong.
I wanted to upgrade two open breakers to a 240v 2-pole breaker with the correct guage wiring to support an electric stove. I paid $600 for service in cash, thinking it was correctly done and all I had to do was connect the stove to the outlet (out stove was being shipped at this point so we were doing this in preparation) and it turns out that nothing was working.
Turns out they installed the double pole breaker right across the main breaker. Yes, these "electricians" made the mistake of installation the new breaker across the main breaker which had tabs for holding the breaker or drawing power from the main panel.
Furthermore, they went out to get the extra supplies and got a smaller guage wire than was necessary for the max amperage of the pole breaker thay they chose for the job!

Perhaps these were not certified electricians, and so I had to redo most of their work. The most I can give them credit for is for drilling a hole to feed the new 240v outlet breaker. I re-did some of the breaker panels and got it to work eventually, but thay was after buying the correct wire gauage and buying extra split poles to fit everything in the panel. This was about $150 extra from the previous amount.

So of course I wanted my money back, at least a partial refund of about 80% of the price.
4 to 5 phone calls to their office I explained the situation ove the course of 2 months. All those times I was told "you will get a call from our boss" and be given a refund after negotiations. Those phone calls never came, not even multiple months after doing so. I had to get a service fee refunded from my credit card by disputing it rather than them giving that refund. Even then, that was not close to the 80% refund I wanted for the "job". I gave up, and that us why I am writing this negative review as the "electricians" were very unversed in their knowledge for adding a single circuit and 240v outlet to an existing circuit panel. They never even bothered to do any power checks with the existing services to make sure my 100a panel will handle everything. Turns out it's not that great and a 200a service panel may have to be installed in the future, again not from their knowledge but from my knowledge due to a few service inconsistencies and overloading of the outdoor AC with the current amperage on the existing breakers.

Once again, if you need electrical work regarding your circuit panel, stay away. You will get incorrect work and never see your money refunded for their wrong work.

I called at 7am today to schedule an appointment. after a very confusing explanation of a service fee or yearly fee I essentially said whichever just bill me. They said a technician would arrive between 9am-12pm today. I got an email confirmation of that as well. It is now 2:40pm I called them and they said the technician sent a text message to confirm my appointment. After I had already got an email confirmation of my appointment. Then i was told that they would send a message to a technician manager who would call me to make sure i keep my lines open.... Like bro what? Ive had better service at the mcdonalds drive through when the shake machine is down they have no burgers or fries.

I called today needing same day service to address a furnace issue with it not working. I really reached out to confirm the tech was on their way and got put on hold. I then spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager and asked me to rebook for Tuesday of next week. Mind you I made it explicitly clear I needed same day service due to the tempuature outside and my furnace not running. Don't waste your time this company is they are unprofessional and unreliable!

Called to setup an appointment. Was given 3 hour service window that afternoon and was told the service tech would call to confirm when they were on their way. I never received a call. I called in and was told the tech was injured on last job and they were trying to find another tech. They asked to reschedule for this morning with a 3hr window of 8-11am. Come 11am and no call from anyone. I call in and they tell me they are still trying to find a tech that can come do the job. If its true someone got injured I am sorry to hear that. However from a customer service perspective, I was under the impression two days in a row that I was to have a tech out for service. This caused scheduling issues and shifting of responsibilities for my own job as I was working around these service window appointments. How can no one give me a courtesy call to inform me that no one is coming during the service window I was provided. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked to be removed from the appointment schedule and will find another electrician to assist me.

Called about 1pm to schedule appointment. Was told they would come out that day & give a call when electrician was on his way. By 4pm had not received call. I called back, spoke to a different woman & was told I didn't have an appointment. She was able to review my 1st call (cuz it was recorded) & was able to get me scheduled for an electrician to come out between 5pm & 8pm. By 7pm I had still not received a call. I called twice more withing the next 2 hours just to be told they would reach out to the electrician. By the end of the night I had not received a call, no one came out to my house & my problem was never fixed! Unexceptable!
