Iver has closed on two homes for me once in Sept 2021 and again now in Feb 2023. Kelly his paralegal and Iver know the law very well and go the extra mile to make sure everything continues to go smoothly during the entire transaction. Extremely unprofessional in my experience at a closing where he directly insulted my realtor in front of me. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. I almost walked out of the closing due to his hostility towards my attorney and realtor.
