Eddie Bauer

Normally, I shop LL Bean and have been extremely pleased with their quality over the years. However, I was not 100% happy with the winter coat I had purchased from LL Bean, so I went to Eddie Bauer. The down coat that I purchased from Eddie Bauer kept me warm when walking outside all winter. There are very few stores in Grand Prairie, though; you could probably fit all the stores from Northwoods and Grand Prairie into one center.

The ladies working the day I was in were amazing. She helped me get my sweater exchanged easily! It is my favorite sweater too. It also came early so I am one happy customer!

Went in to purchase some luggage. The lady working was very nice. We found lots of things to purchase, but unfortunately they don't carry anything in 2XL Tall in the store. Everything stopped at XL Tall.

Ordered a coat over the phone from the Peoria store. Emily was very knowledgeable and professional. She was patient and understanding with the questions I had. Wish the store was closer to home.

One of the best shopping experiences I have. The coupon and percent off deals are unbelievable. Even the staff is friendly and very helpful.

A huge selection at their store. merchandise is always high quality. If you peruse the clearance section carefully, you can find some great stuff at rock bottom prices

Super helpful and knowledgeable on products. Unheard of warranty on all products. I wish our market was big enough to support a larger store.

Sales clerk went out of her way to go through boxes in the back to look for short sleeve polos for me at Christmas time
