Being a real estate broker for over 30 years and moving out of Cook County I've been use to their horrible attitudes and waiting on hold for hours. The first time I called Will County I was first shocked that someone actually answers the phone here. My call had a few simple questions and within 2 to 3 minutes the call was over and it was a nice experience. Glad to be out of Cook County.

I stopped in to pay some delinquent property taxes. I was greeted by a very friendly and joking sheriff's deputy as I passed through the metal detector. The transaction was handled by a knowledgeable and pleasant person at the counter. If it weren't for the taxes, I would say it was an enjoyable visit with the the people who work there.

How I am supposed to pay the property taxes online if the website is not working? I have tried many links but I can't access the Will county.

$106.00 convenience fee, to pay property taxes online?? what a total rip-off. You are already robbing hard working citizens with your high tax rate and decided to try rip-off more cash with a convenience fee of $106.00.

I called to inquire about my Senior Status for the property Tax 2020 to be paid in 2021. The Staff who was responding phone call seemed unfriendly, irritative and not courteous.

Every year Will County raise Property Tax; it becomes very hard for Retired people and on the top, if any staff of Treasury Office is not courteous then it becomes more painful.
