My first time there after had a bad experience at a few area dental offices. They were great! I need a lot of dental work. They explained everything they were going to do today, and actually did it. Didn’t send me somewhere else or make me wait. Very kind people at the front desk and the assistant was a sweet as she could be. Especially for someone like me that’s a little nervous. I definitely recommend Advanced Family Dental & Orthodontics in Shorewood!

I have been a patient of Dr Mazzotti for approximately 4 years now- She has shown a sincere interest in the areas of care that were presented to her by me that had been lacking in previous dental areas by local dentists- A big part of the connection between dentist and patient is listening- Then producing a plan and then the execution of plan- She is excelled at all - To say the least I am extremely satisfied with her true professional approach and making sure our sessions were successful

Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. They help to explain things clearly and have a high quality of work.

I met with Susan, a new dental hygienist, who informed me that my gums require scaling after an 18-month hiatus from visiting the dentist. Sue provided clear explanations during the cleaning process and offered suggestions for new products to improve my oral health. Let’s not forget about the amazing girls at the front desk. They provide explanation of my charges and what insurance covered. ❤❤❤ thank you Nicole

I have avoided the dentist at all costs since I was a child, but Advanced Family Dental has completely changed that. The hygienists, doctor, & staff are WONDERFUL.. non-judgmental & extremely accommodating. All of my questions get answered, they don't push me past my comfort zone, they clearly explain everything, & Denise at the front desk very patiently answers all of my tedious insurance questions! The entire staff works together to do everything in their power to ensure I am in the best position to keep my teeth in the healthiest state, & I am extremely grateful to them for that!

Got me in right away when I broke my tooth. Dr. Kahn was able to save my tooth and put in a temporary crown. Love this dentist ❤🦷🪥

My goodness, who doesn't dread going to the dentist. Dr.Ann Mazzotti is the best. I dreaded having a root canal last fall, but wow, I can't sing her praises enough, no hurt, no problem. A very easy procedure. Can't believe I'm saying that. Now a couple hours ago I had a wisdom tooth pulled. Dreaded that also, but again it was out before I knew it and I was surprised that it was even out until she showed me it was all done. Couldn't believe it. She fully answered all my questions, went over everything I need to know. Got written instructions. Wow I am having a good day. But nevertheless my husband is gonna wait on me anyway, because she told me to take it easy today. Thank you Dr. Mazzotti.

Went to the dentist for the 1st time since all this coronavirus started back in March. As usual this place was amazing. They have procedures in place to keep you safe and them as well. Young woman who cleaned my teeth was awesome. Very friendly and professional. From the time you arrive until you leave the service is top notch. I hate going to dentists in general but this place makes me feel really comfortable.

Very pleased with my first visit. The staff was very attentive, and Dr. Hong accommodated a special request of mine (time limiting) when he didn’t have to. I’m very appreciative to the whole office, and extremely satisfied woth the treatment! I will definitely be a long term client here, and will be spreading my recommendations.
