I had an excellent experience with Quality Carpentry and Roofing. They were punctual, completing the job efficiently without leaving any mess behind, unlike other contractors in my area. Ricardo managed all the insurance paperwork, sparing me the hassle of dealing with it over the phone. He was consistently available and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. The new roof looks fantastic, and the upgraded gutters are a noticeable improvement. I highly recommend their professionalism and the quality of their work!

Dennis was very easy to work with. He worked with my insurance to make sure all hail damage was covered. The crew was very hardworking, they did tear off and replaced singles all in one day. There was no mess to clean up after they finished. I would highly recommend Quality

Quality Carpentry replaced my roof and gutters after a bad storm. They were wonderful to work with. They helped me with my insurance process which was not easy to say the least. They communicated every step of the way. The project manager/adjuster, Dennis, always answered my phone calls and emails. This was a great company to work with.

Ricky from Quality Carpentry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. When we had hail damage, Quality Carpentry and Roofing was amazing to work with. They did not try to upsell us on anything and were able to work off our insurance estimate. Ricky was present for any jobs that required a subcontractor, and we felt like we had a partner from start to finish. From now on I'm calling them for any home repairs.

Ricardo and his team were phenomenal. I received Quality's information from a coworker who also used them. My house got hit with a wind storm in April and they completely went above and beyond. I am a first time homeowner, and Ricardo was extraordinary. He made this process very smooth. He was prompt, professional, and was a great advocate for me. I had missing shingles and damaged siding. Ricardo was able to work with the insurance company directly and I ended up getting approved for a new roof and siding. Ricardo was always easily reachable by text or phone. Dennis and his team were amazing. We had a claim due to a bad storm coming through our community last August. Quality had installed our roof 8 years ago so we decided to call them. Dennis is very qualified and understands the insurance claim side of the business. Dennis eased our minds with our claim and we ended up getting all new siding new roof for home and sheds along with gutters and soffit. We had damage to our roof from wind. Quality carpentry and roofing was recommended by a friend, I contacted them and Ricardo came out within a day or two, he stayed in constant contact with me the whole time and took over dealing with the difficult insurance adjuster. The work was finally approved and they started right away. The complete tear off and re-roof was completed in a timely fashion and we could not have been happier with the quality and professionalism, even after 7months Ricardo contacted me to make sure no damage/issues happened from the recent wind storms. Definitely will use Quality Carpentry and Roofing again-fingers crossed we won't have to though 😁

came to the wrong house (mine) and were fixing to start tearing off the roof. good thing I was home at the time. They plugged up the 4 nail holes from the first plank they installed. Hope it doesn't leak. Then general manager Dennis Hansen came out to my house and saw to it that it was fixed properly. Even did a little extra work on my chimney flashing while they were up there. I can now recommend Quality.

Quality Carpentry did a phenomenal job on our home. Replaced the entire siding and Roofing on the house, they even went out of their way to repair a few water leaks they noticed we had at no extra cost. Would recommend.

Quality did a wonderful job, we had our roof replaced, skylights installed, gutter and downspouts and attic insulation installed.
We can't say enough about Ricardo, he went to bat for us against our insurance company and got their payment doubled.
