Highly recommend! Called on a Wednesday to have four tires put on, that I had purchased online. They said I could bring it in that day or the following day. Brought it in on Thursday for early morning drop to leave the keys in the drop box 7:00, they don't open until 730. The gentleman inside opened the door and assisted us. I believe his name was Larry. They did all four tires and alignment, the cost was very reasonable, the best price around!! Got a call to pick my vehicle. When we picked it up, he explained everything they did and what the cost was. We were happy with service on our vehicle! Thank you Midas and Larry!

My company has been having our vehicles maintenance here for a few years now as well as some of our personal ones as well and always fantastic service and friendly. Even when they're pretty busy they will knock out an oil change fairly quickly with great results.

Grate service, they were very nice they will install parts that you brought in and not charge you an arm an a leg for it, you can see what there doing and they will even bring you in to show you what there working on and how it is going if you like.

This place does great work by trustworthy people. I highly recommend having your car serviced here by these fine folks!

This company really surprised me. I actually went to them on May 19 after I decided I needed a second quote in my 2014 Buick Encore. I was in need of new break pads, rotors, and some other parts. I had so much stress because I was previously quote over 2k but a different place. When I got to Midas, I felt like a wait has been lifted off my shoulders. I wanted an inspection done to get a rough estimate. They person who inspected my car really went in deep to make sure I actually needed something. I recommend them for inspections, so it was free. After the inspect they give you a link to show you some areas of your car that may need fixing. After I got my estimate, I was talking to the female employee, who was really helpful with explaining everything. She even brought me back to explain in ways that are easier for someone who doesn’t know cars to understand. She talked to me in a way that as a female made me feel accepted. They didn’t overcharge me or tell me ways to pay more for parts. They provided me with affordable parts and service. I highly recommend giving them a try if you want a friendly auto shop environment and staff members who value and talks nicely with customers.

Great service! My mother was in from out of town and had the springs go out on her Volkswagen Passat. Will took amazing care of her. Did not oversell, but made sure she had what was needed to get home safe to her mechanic. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend these guys!

I brought my car in for the free brake inspection because the front brakes were starting to grind and it had been quite a while since the last break job. The technician did the inspection and said they only needed a cleaning and that the pads still had time before needing replacement. Will continue to take my car here for repairs.

Always an easy in and out service. Sometimes I will call ahead for quick turn around or last minute oil changes, and they have been more than accommodating, along with honoring coupons. The days of changing my own oil just don’t make sense when you have a price and service like this location. Don’t hesitate to call to check availability for bigger services and requests, but always worth the business.

I had my headlights replaced and needed it done before dark so I went to Midas and a nice gentleman named Larry greeted me. He explained every option I had and explained pricing and what it took to switch out my lights. He was very friendly and I just instantly liked him after talking with him. Service was fairly priced and just a short wait with same day appointment. I was very impressed and will be going back to Midas next time I need service.

If you want good service and actual concern for the customer I'd highly recommend these guys! Couldn't ask for a more friendly helpful environment!

Been taking my vehicle there since 2015. They are very up front on costs and things that may appear and won't hesitate to recommend some place else if the service needed is outside of their work realm.

Larry and Will there are super knowledgeable and friendly with all questions asked. Will keep going there till my car actually fully breaks. :)

I like when you walk into a place and are acknowledged right away. Customer Service at its finest. I was bummed out that there wasnt a coupon, but then told about the loyalty program. I get it. Loyal customers will get the deals and discount. Makes good business sense. I have always been pleased with the work. A +

The best place to get your car fixed in McHenry. I've been coming here for years. Their labor rates are very good, and they don't mind at all if you buy the parts yourself.
The front counter guy, Will, is especially great. He's friendly, attentive, and has a great attitude. Don't know how much they're paying Will, but he deserves a raise.

Wife Alisha got a service done at Midas for our Jeep. I’m proud of her for being proactive about the issue and getting it looked at. The guys here were super empathetic with her and had her in and out and Jeep is driving very well. We will be bringing the rest of our vehicles here from now on.

I came in with the need to do a flex pipe reinstall. The price I was quoted is the price that I paid out the door

Larry and his staff were incredibly helpful; the mechanic that would be completing my oil change brought me out to show me what looked like an oil leak and asked me if they should proceed. They were very patient with me while I contacted the previous Midas location that completed my oil change since I replaced my engine and spoke with them. Larry then spoke with the manager of the other location and they agreed to go ahead with my consent to do the oil change. I greatly appreciated the hospitality and patience extended to me by this location.

LET ME JUST SAY! WILL is his name, was the best employee ever. He provided excellent customer service and was very honest. I came here to get a oil change, he showed all the options available. In the end he told me the full amount. Without any hidden fees.
The oil change did take a while. But i was not in a rush.
Not only that. I witnessed him helping other customer. With the same friendly and honest treatment.

Shop was packed and all the mechanics were busy. I told the manager Will Lewis that I needed an oil change fast before I went on a road trip. Worried I had to go to another location he said he had me covered. The manager himself pulled my truck in the last bay and did the service himself, what a great guy! Plus it was cheaper than the dealership! Even with the bs coupons they email me! Go to Midas!
