IHOP

Edit: The manager was great and made everything right! I changed my my 1 star to a 5 star because of the wonderful manager.

I ordered Ihop for delivery today at the McHenry location, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with Ihop.

Chicken strips, Onion rings, and Mozzarella sticks from appetizer sampler were cold and hard.

Philly Cheese Steak Stacker did NOT have any cheese at all!

Sharp Cheddar Mac & Cheese was cold.

French fries side was cold and got hardly any for what I paid. (See picture)

The whole order quality and quantity was terrible.

Worst experience!

Food was amazing, nice & clean look to the building! Server was really nice especially in the late night/morning hours. Food was hot & fresh! The new strawberry biscuit things are TO DIE FOR!!!!

The food is cooked really well . My girlfriend likes there strawberry crepes . Which I've personally tryed and they are fire 🔥. The staff is not bad at all and I usually have no wait time to get in and order food . 💯 The service is good. They are always attentive to the customers . By Fill filling all desires . The atmosphere is very laid back and not to many people at once . So it's easy to bring my daughter and they have highchairs for toddlers and etc... Very good spot for if you just want good fast breakfast. 💯🔥🔥🔥

Fantastic experience. Great food and the coffee is kept coming.

Basically empty, yet they seat people right next to you. I don't understand why they do this. I don't need to hear about someone else's day while I'm trying to listen to the person I'm sitting with.

Norma was the absolute best!! Drinks were ordered and delivered so fast. Came by our table numerous times to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Prices are always good. Portion of food is always top notch. Love this little gem in McHenry!!

The staff here are great, especially Annabell(sp.) Female cook really tries to prepare things the way customers prefer and usually nails it. Restaurant and furnishings are dated but clean. This is one of my more favorite places to dine out.
