Papa Johns Pizza

Alexis and Josh were awesome! We ordered a pizza tonight for no contact delivery and we were super excited for it! I noticed online it said delivered so I went out to grab it and low and behold my pizza was upside down on top of my pumpkins in the front yard! I didn't get my dinner right away but those little raccoon bandits sure did!
Alexis and Josh were prompt in sending out a replacement pizza and super kind, even gave a chuckle at the situation! Great customer service guys!

Great experience every time I pick up a DoorDash order, but this time, James was especially helpful and on the ball! The food always smells amazing 😊. Hand sanitizer right as you walk in, staff is diligent about wearing masks (HUGE plus in my book!)

The GurbHub Driver dropped my pizza at the delivery to me I called and made a complaint. They made it right , Made me a new fresh Pizza same thing I ordered and sent out one of there employ drivers to del the pizza to me. Thats good service and respect for the Customer.

Never had a bad pizza. Order is always correct and ready when they say.

I came in at 1:15pm on April 29th 2023. I want to praise your staff! Very clean store, super friendly and personable staff. The delivery kid I encountered when picking up my pizzas was very cheerful and kind. He held the door for me even though his hands were very full too, I thanked him and he politely responded, "you're welcome, you have a great day ma'am.". I was very impressed by him with his thoughtfulness and kindness. Hat's off to your awesome staff.

I will not rest until Tyler gets a pay raise. God bless this man for working all by himself alone on a Saturday night (9/31/23). I appreciate him for his hard work and effort to try to give great food and great service while clearly being under all sorts of pressure. I gave him all my patience and was nothing but nice to guy. I hope everyone else was too, because seriously?? Saturday night, homecoming weekend and it’s just him? Up the dudes pay or give him a higher position. Justice for Tyler!

We were having my sons graduation party at a family members house near this location so had placed a "future" order online since it's quite a drive from where we were coming from.

Two separate accidents (not involved in either) slowed us down and we were 15+ minutes late from the time but pizza wasn't ready and I had to repeat my name about 3 times.

Got the 3 pizzas and rushed to our own party that we were late for.

The order didn't seem quite right and I was still wondering why the order has "cash" instead of the credit card I was sure I had entered.

I then noticed the name on the boxes was not mine - long story short, I never checked out fully online and someone with a similar sounding last name happened to order 3 similar pizzas.

Unfortunately by the time I checked, it was after everyone had already dug in. At least I paid for it, but I feel bad I walked out with someone's order!

They have good taste though!

This was for delivery. It took a little while to get to the manager cuz I was talked to someone who is barely spoke any English and gave the order entirely backwards so that ended up wasting a little bit of time then I was transferred to someone even though I was told I was going to be talking to the manager until finally I spoke to the manager.

Now up until this point it was one star and technically they should be two separate reviews.
But when I spoke to the manager (Evan) was very understanding, patient and went above and beyond to meet my needs and to offer discounts as well as customization that they normally don't do for the pizza.
He made my night. Stellar performance.

Thoroughly impressed with the service at this shop. They accidentally gave my carryout order to a delivery driver. The staff quickly rectified the situation and provided me with a fresh pizza. Its easy keeping a customer when everything goes right but its harder and even more important to do so when something goes wrong. Their prompt action secured my future business with them. Of course, the pizza was delicious as always. Thanks staff!

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Best pizza ever!

We order from here quite a bit. It’s quick with the app and the free pizzas come quick. Always on time and have never had a problem with an order. The pizza is great! Delivery drivers are always friendly. Great business and lucky to have in Mchenry! Well done!

The staff here is great and as for pizza chains they do well. We have only had one issues where we picked up our pizza and it was the wrong one. They had a new one made and delivered at no charge in 30min. That service keeps us there

Thank you to the wonderful manager at this location. There was a mix up with my order not being in their system and the manager at the time was very understanding and was able to get me my order in a timely fashion. I appreciate the great customer service from the manager on duty on 1/24/22

Cooked the pizza perfect didn’t even wanna charge me for extra garlic sauce.

Family owned and operated. Great pizza and staff. Very clean store.

Very quick and very good service we live a ways away and they made sure it was just coming out of the oven when we got there so when we got home it was still nice and warm thank you papa John's.

Deliver the order of pizza to client. They have the order ready when I got there and assisted in making sure I got everything

Great food, great services, great people and great price's that all can't be beat! When its a quick bite needed and fast food won't do this is the place to put a smile on your face.
