Grandpa's Attic Self Storage

Great customer service. I have rented here 4 different times and never had a problem with my storage. They help out any way they hey can. They treat you literally me family.

I have had a unit at Grandpa's Attic twice before and am getting ready to rent number three. It's always been a pleasant experience. I've never had a problem with access, the place is always clean and I've had no problems as far as theft or vandalism. Very well run place.

Friendly staff, great prices! Every time I enter our exit the coded gate, someone wants to me, like I'm an old friend. I've used Grandpa's Attic off and on for several years, and the service just keeps getting better

Love this place easy to get to and they are friendly people me and my husband are over the road drivers had a few checks that were delayed and they told us not to worry as long as we paid by late date and there price is very affordable definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good storage area

Fair market value rent. Plenty of cameras. Nice staff that live on property so my stuff is always under watch. What's not to love?

We got off on the wrong foot. I've always had issues with lacy. Partially my fault and hers I really wouldn't recommend renting here. B

Payed to move in, tested my gate code that day and it worked. Came back later that month to put away more items and was denied access using that same gate code. This company scammed me out of my money and then cost me almost $40 wasted on the u-haul I had rented to put items in my storage unit.

EDIT: Zach resolved these issues with their accounting and completely addressed my concerns, very satisfied.

I went on Halloween Steph I believe her name is was actually getting ready to go out she was in the middle of doing her makeup when I walked in. She was slightly embarrassed but I made a few jokes got her to smile . In which she has a very beautiful smile .... Thank you I was having a bad day till that moment she made me smile very nice she deserves a raise!....

I have used Grandpa's attic on multiple moves, and always been happy with the units, price, and service. Great people to work with, and a convenient location safe location. The onsite personnel take great care of the facilities and are wonderful to work with.

The lady was very nice to work with. Very clean. A little hard to get around with a large trailer but the manageable. I would use them again if I needed

Perfect rate, perfect service. Ideal self storage for family that travels to Salt Lake City and drives to national parks but doesn't want to carry big luggage.

Offer great deals on storages. Good at helping accommodation and communication. Give deals on storages for people who been with them a while.

They have helped a couple times when I couldn't get into my unit and when I came late. The management is very friendly and always helpful.
