Excellent service today complete with singing, joking and Dr. Reagan had the song "Hey Jude" playing with his own adaptation of the song. Thankful to have an implant done on MDI without having to travel to Bangor. Thank you Dr. Reagan and Sam for the excellent service and humor you provided. Thank you to the receptionist Cindi for always having a warm greeting.

I cannot say enough good words about Dr Maller and his staff. I was on vacation, 1,500 mi from home, and noticed an implant that was about a year old seem to be getting loose. I was worried the implant itself could be coming out and Dr Mahler saw me on 2 hours notice. They x-rayed my implant and determined that the crown itself was getting loose, the implant was ok and that I had time to go home and see my dentist. As I have several artificial joints infection was a prime concern of mine. He put my fears to rest. Thank You!

Have had several procedures including cleaning and a crown at this office and they have all been excellent. Dr Maller and his staff have been first rate. I recommend them.

After the new owner took over, I don’t feel the new owner cares about the old customers. The two new dentists are not friendly and never say hi when they see us. Our whole family may consider to switch to another dentist, but my hygienist Barbara and the front desk lady Cindy are still wonderful like before!

Due to the pandemic my wife and I found it necessary to use an out of network dentist to recement a crown for her and perform routine cleaning and exams for both of us. Based on a referral by a friend we went to see Dr. Maller. My wife asked for an estimate of the costs and was told that they needed to submit claims to the insurance company first. Our insurance paid $234 and told us we would be responsible for $206, based on their estimates of what the procedures should cost. To our surprise Dr. Maller billed us $464. When I called to ask about the excessive billing, I was told that these are the normal prices anyone would be charged. The amount seems to be outrageous and it is hard to believe that his other patients and their insurance companies pay these fees.
