Seaside Cottages

Carroll is such a great host. The location is the best. The cottages are clean and well stocked with all the necessities. This is our 5th time staying here.

We had a beautiful stay in the cottages. A quiet, family ran business that knows how to make you feel at home. We will be returning!

Our stay at Seaside was wonderful. Gail and Carroll were a joy to get to know and do a fine job meeting all your needs. We took the b opportunity to check out other cottage locations but preferred the Seaside over the others. The arrangement around Clark's Cove is beautiful and it is only a ten minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The only thing we feel is needed is some interior updates. We stayed in cottage #7 across from the office.

Beautiful property! We stayed in Cottage #8. It was very clean. We stayed an entire week, Oct 10-17. Everything was close by. Shower had great pressure. The bed was very comfortable. We absolutely loved staying here!

One of the most magnificent places my husband and I have ever experienced. I so wish we could be there again. Perhaps we'll make it out again later this year. Seriously beautiful vista's. Homey, comfortable, clean accommodations. So much to see and do . Serene and quiet. But the ocean is angry and extraordinarily awe inspiring in November. There are quite frankly no words that can describe it. Soooo beautiful.

I picked Seaside because when I found them on Google every review was 5 stars...29 of them. I'm going to make it an even 30! This place was awesome. Quaint place with a killer view! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Boats for use in the small cove were a nice touch. Best of all were Gail and Carroll, the owners. They were great hosts and had a refreshing old school approach to managing the cottage - they don't take credit cards and they answer the phone directly when you call.

I stayed there the summer of 2021 in the lakeside cottages, and the cottage and the view was beautiful. The drive to Mt Desert was about 40 minutes. The cottage we stayed in had tons to do on its own. Pool table, foosball table, canoes and kayaks, the kids had a lot of fun with just those things alone.

What a wonderful place to stay on MDI in Maine. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Everything we wanted to do and see was close but we still felt like we got away from it all. The best part though was by far the beach with the sunsets!!!

Rented cottage six last week...better than I ever imagined....as EVERYONE else has said, the most beautiful location, perfectly clean and updated. So well equipped and the most gracious hosts. My only regret is not spending more time there but ACADIA beckoned us daily. Could have just stayed there and not gone anywhere (except lobster pound)! I hope to go back...it was THAT GOOD! And can't EVER forget the most spectacular sunsets and scenery. Watched bald eagles fly across cove every morning. TEN STARS!

Stayed for almost a week in September. Super clean cottage, kayaked almost everyday. Close enough to Bar Harbor and the park entrance, but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the area. Look forward to one day returning.

A Lovely place, we can totally recommend. The cottages are clean and are equiped with everything you need. They also have a Deck with barbecue and direct view on the ocean. The owner was very Nice. To Bar Harbour you drive 15 min.

Been coming here for 18 years and love every minute of it! Carroll and Gail are amazing hosts. Wish we could come more often. Beautiful spot right on the cove.

Small cozy wooden cottages with a very comfortable feel. The floral decorations around the site are beautiful and the location beside the beach is also great. It is conveniently located right in the heart of St. Andrew's which is also great.

Loved, loved, loved the cottage we stayed in! Great view of the ocean inlet. Warm & cozy cottage. Highly recommend it. Everything you might need was supplied.

I love seaside cottages because of everything they have to offer, there cottages are awesome and comfy. I can easily go swimming, kayaking, and cannoeing. While We stay there we go hiking to. Very good.

It wasn't a wonderful experience Carol and Gail were very welcoming into their world very relaxing quiet time to go to relax and get away from it all The Cottages were very clean and everything need the best time for me was it night complete quiet it was amazing can't wait to get back there next year

Fantastic stay this weekend. The owners welcomed us like family! Even in the off season they far exceeded any expectations.
