Assuming this is referring to the Bar Harbor forest and trail system, I find this to be an amazing place for bicycling and walking. The views are stunning, the ride or walk is not completely overwhelming at all, and it is generally a nice local get-away. Last I recall, bicycles are available downtown, too. If biking off-road is your thing, this is a great place to visit.

It is not meant for tourists and usually there is no reason for any tourists to visit it. If one needs help, that may be one of the places to get. They have two EV chargers. They are really convenient if you plan hiking or biking while charging your EV. I initially could not figure out how to operate the chargers. A young staffer went to an office to ask about it, then came back to help start the charging. I merely asked for directions to get a map. Not only did she go to her car to get two maps for me but also gave me detailed instructions and suggestions for my bike tour, and it gave me a great start of a day of biking in the breathtaking beauty of the park.
More than happy to make the donation for using the charger.
