🙌DANIELLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted bangs and she did them on point! Even when my hair is curly they look amazing!! So naturally I went back a week later for highlights on my black dyed hair and got the exact lightness I was hoping for! On top of that I made a friend she is so funny and kind it just felt so natural to carry on a conversation with her. The other lady working across from us even joined in on our crazy convo at one point and we all had a good time. Great hair and a great time I couldn't be happier thank you so much Danielle I cant wait to come back!!🙃

I don’t always have a great time in Ulta, however, this was the single best experience I’ve ever had! Every single employee in the store was extremely kind, and then I found Melanie, who surpassed all expectations and helped me find so many amazing products based on her experience. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend who had really honest and informed opinions! She spent so much time helping me find the right brands and colors for me, I appreciated her help so incredibly much. Brittany was my cashier and was also so sweet and helpful. I just moved to the area, needed to restock on some items, and I already can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for such a great experience!!!

Pick up order: The girls greeted me with my bags and checked my ID. I was impressed because most places literally hand you the bag. They never really verify if it's you.I do pick up option frequently from other establishments, so I loved this. I thanked both of them because I felt like they weren't just there going through the motions. Kudos to Ulta employees @NortonShores location!

If you have a chance to get a hair cut, styling, and/or coloring with Kate Maleski, she is literally amazing! She has done my hair so many times, and she is the only person I trust with it! She has brought deep color as well as highlights. She does nice layering and is so sweet and welcoming the whole time. You will always feel comfortable in her chair! She takes an interest in your life and is very thoughtful about each customer. I absolutely love the depth of color she has brought into my hair. Each time, she has a talk about what you would like to see and your goals for your hair. She recommends products but does not try to oversell you, just passes on tips that work! She uses tools, pictures, and lots of cross-checking to make sure everyone is happy! I would recommend her 100%! Just don't take my spot!

I really like ulta go there a lot. I'm thoroughly disgusted with their new campaign though. How you going to have a Trans talking about being a woman. I'm so sick of this being shoved down our throats. I won't be shopping there from here on out.

The challenge I presented to my stylist was real and difficult. April was Amazing. I have gone close to 5 years not finding a style or color I really liked. She took the time to correct the color I had and put life back in my hair without much help from me. I put my trust in her as a professional with her knowledge and experience she nailed it.
She continued with my appointment even though her shift come to an end before we reached the end result
She went above and beyond. I found my go to for sure. Because of my new look I have friends and daughters wanting to book with her…
