Jackie and Danielle are always so kind and helpful. They answer any of my questions and address any of my concerns. They both go above and beyond with such a friendly yet casual way to make me feel at home. I don’t meet the guys behind the scenes but I know they have done great work to my pick up and appreciate all they do. I’m willing to make the trip off cape just to get this incredible service.

Went to buy a new truck talked to Vito Umbro he was very pleasant and professional he listened to all of my questions never was impatient he showed me a few trucks until I decided which one I wanted he worked out all the details. I would recommend Colonial Ford to anyone just had my oil changed and inspection sticker staff there are truly professional and knowledgeable wouldn’t bring my truck anywhere else

The first time I went here, I had originally taken my car to a different shop. It was making a front end noise. The shop claimed they could not hear it or replicate the noise I was describing even though I could clearly hear it. It needed to be fixed so I brought it to colonial. The mechanic took his time and searched very thoroughly. He agreed he was hearing something, took me for a ride around the parking lot to confirm that was what I was talking about. He explained to me what it could possibly be... he was right because he fixed the part and the noise was gone. I was so grateful that he took the time to do that rather than just send me away and make the problem worse and more expensive. Problem was fixed same day within an hour or two.

A few months later, my check engine light came on. They took me in right away. I will say it took longer than I expected it to, as it was just a battery and my O2 sensor. But my car always comes out driving smooth and brand new again.

This place is amazing- kudos to the Service Department- Anthony , a service writer made my year after I needed to be DOT certified. Anthony walked me through this and took care of certifying my van enabling me continue my dream of providing travel to people with disabilities. See Anthony for prompt service and taking great care of your car or truck. I only wish I owned more Fords.

I had my oil change and tire rotation and a multi point inspection. They checked everything they did a nice job and also washed and vacuum my vehicle. I was very happy Anthony and Danielle do a good job and a service department.

It’s hard to keep this short because I need to set the stage; We live in FL, travel to Upstate NY for the summers with our horses hauling a 30” horse trailer w/ camper package (LQ) we also go to Mass to see family and camp in the local state forest with our horses. While traveling to Mass this particular week an engine light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F-350 Diesel dually, we called a few dealers in the Plymouth, Wareham area and none had the staff or time to help us. I called Colonial and was told I could swing thru to at the least determine if the code was going to be traumatic. After we set up camp on Tuesday, I ran over to Colonial where I met service advisor Danielle Barnett and of course all the nice guys who move the vehicles out of the service row (who by the way relaxed me thru their kind conversation). She read the code, determined it was an injector, asked me to come back the next am for complete diags, I arrived at 7:30 am the next day. Danielle took in the vehicle and at 9:30 I was told I needed an injector, I was quickly set up with a rental car and sent on my way, at 5pm (the same day!) the truck was finished.

I kept this as short as I could but, honestly I just received the best customer service experience I have ever received at any Ford dealership in my adult life, I have been in customer service for 32 years and was impressed at the professionalism, empathy, care, support, follow up and closure I received from Danielle and everyone at Colonial Ford.

Danielle Barnett is a rare find these days in the field of customer service!!

I recently had my vehicle fixed at Colonial Ford. I dealt with Anthony who was very helpful and easy to work with. He kept me informed about my vehicle and my overall experience was great. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Danielle at pickup. She was personable and has wonderful customer service skills.

We bought our third truck from Colonial this year and had some issues this time around. Colonial fixed everything and made it right. Charlie Seibert was awesome to work with! We went to purchase an F-150 for my son and left with a 2019 Ford F-150 for him and a 2005 Limited Edition Thunderbird Convertible for me! He was so honest and pleasant to work with. The business office was also pleasant, no pressure on closing. Service department had us in and out in no time to get the stickers. Best car buying experience ever!
