They fixed my car in a day. Kept me updated daily and made sure I knew the prices and what they were going to be doing before they did it to make sure it was alright with me. First time here and will be going back for any future auto repairs.

Craig was great to work with and they completed a lot of work in only a few short days. He listened to what I needed and provided the perfect solution!

I am so impressed with the service and hospitality I received at Real Pro!!! I came in on whim as my car just so happened to malfunction right in front of the 28th ST location. It can be intimidating going into an auto shop when you know nothing about cars. But I didn’t feel intimidated at all!!! Everyone was so friendly and receptive to my needs. Craig, Eric, and someone else at the front (sorry, bad with names!) were so helpful and kind. I had an important business appt and they seemed concerned that I was able to take care of it. My problem was taken care of within 2 hours and I was given an estimate for future work! I recommend Real Pro Auto!!

I'm not a BOT I swear lol but I would definitely be coming back for any other car problems I have in the future. They squeezed me in and go me going the same day. It was a quick break inspection and flush but they got it done! Super friendly staff too.

Communication is the best asset with these guys. They talk straight about what's going on with the car. They listen to my concerns. We agree on a plan. I've been trusting them with various cars for almost 20 years.

Real Pro Auto is an amazing business. They treat women wonderfully, not like we don’t know what we are talking about. They will get your vehicle fixed as fast as possible and they do a great job. If you have a complaint tell them and they will listen and fix whatever is wrong. We have used them for 8 years!

Wheel bearing went out. 10 other shops we're not able to get me in at 3:00 in the afternoon. Not only did they manage to squeeze me in but they got the parts and had it fixed before 6:00 pm. Super friendly staff, l didn't talk down to me, and gave me some tips on how to save some money on another less urgent but expensive repair I need. Amazing experience will be back

Friendly service and they did a good job. It was an expensive repair but I don’t fault them for that. When the air conditioning goes out you just get it fixed. The owner followed up with a text to make sure that I was happy and offered me a discount at oil change as well. That was a nice touch.

I am new to the area and needed some immediate work done on my car. Without knowing any repair shops in the area, I found this shop on Google and they could get me in quick so I went with them. I am so happy that I did! They were able to look at my car, get the parts, and fix it all in one day. The owner even texted me a few days later to make sure that everything was running well with my car. The service was great and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I've been going to Real Pro for many years and am happy to have a place to go that I know I can trust! I dropped my car off for an oil change, and they called me later after finding a couple things they wanted to bring to my attention. There was no pressure to get anything done that I was not comfortable with, but they told me what they found, how much it would cost to take care of, and how long it would take. They let me choose what I wanted to get done, and made sure they had my permission to do anything above and beyond what I came in there for. They were very informative and professional, and I will definitely be back!

My car broke down on the side of I94 as I was moving from state of WY to east MI. I was able to get a tow to here and the amazing staff was able to squeeze me in. Luckily they had the parts needed to fix my vehicle same day. They busted their @$$es to get me (and my pets that I had with me) back on the road. Top notch guys here. Super appreciative to them all.

I've brought both of my vehicles here and received amazing service. They fully inspect your car and give you an honest rundown of what needs attention and what doesn't. I greatly appreciate the honesty and the reasonable prices. They do great work and are efficient and I love the option of a loner car if you need one. Thanks guys!

Still great people there! The job they had done took much longer then any of us had expected. But it was a very puzzling situation, so the extra amount of time was not a big deal. It turned out to be a pretty simple repair, which they had promptly done. And the price they charged I think was much lower than it should have been for the time they spent on it. So I was very happy with the amount charged. Once again, they went above and beyond what they needed to do. They have definitely secured a regular customer. Thank you for the great job again!
