The staff is wonderful everyone is extremely helpful and accommodating! I've never had to wait for a unreasonable amount of time for service it's not their fault when someone shows up with 20 packages and wants to know how much all 20 would cost to ship each one!

This is a wonderful and friendly small town post office. The staff are courteous. People who choose to be rude to the staff may get it in return. The folks that work the counter are there for customer service and always welcome people with a smile. They deal with the customers, they don’t deliver or really sort the mail. Some of the other reviews I have read do not accurately represent the City of St. Clair Post office or the staff.

I have had excellent experiences at this Post Office. I was just there at closing time on a Saturday and the staff working was very pleasant, despite me walking in a minute before they closed. They don't have any do-it- yourself postage machines like I have seen in larger cities, but for mailing packages, getting stamps, etc. during regular business hours, they do a fine job. I've been coming here for a couple of years and have no complaints.

We've been seeing quite an uptick with incorrect deliveries in the past 6 months or so. Lately, I've had to deliver mail to the family across the street twice and had a neighbor bring us our mail on as many occasions. If we didn't have Informed Delivery, I'd be worried about lost mail ... getting into the wrong hands!

Loved going this place. Friendly, prompt and courteous. Last visit was not nice at all. Guy literally walked away and left me at the window. Lady standing there duh duhing away. Was told I could use cash. I went to the bank (Marysville) to get cash and was then left at window. As long as those two are working I won't do business but everyone else I have had no problems.

I arrived at the post office at 12:20 today, just to find a sign on the door “Closed for lunch. Back at 1:30”. I went home, checked the post office website to get their hours. No mention of closing for lunch. I called them and the automatic answering service gave me their hours, which is that they are open all day during the week, then it transferred me to an agent, but no one answered. So, what are their true hours and why aren’t those hours posted online?

Was suppose to have a package delivered here and the man at the front was very rude and not helpful at all trying to locate my package. Tried to set me up and saying that I was lying when I had a confirmation saying it was ready for pickup. The lady upfront however was very helpful and found out that they had made a mistake and it was at another location. USPS should handle this employee if he hates his job so much he should find somewhere else to work because the customer service industry isnt for him

Didn't know a label had to be taped on our return package, they just wouldn't tape it on, they said they could SELL us some tape 🤔

The folks working here have been rather testy lately and not nice. Not sure what there issue is but the last two visits have not been pleasant in the last week.
