Ben and his staff are always very polite and helpful. I know if I ever have a question they are a call or email away. They respond quickly. Ben even answered a message late evening on a weekend to assist with my daughter who had a fender bender in a parking lot. My experince is so good I had my mother check in with him and she switched her home and car insurance because he was able to save her some money.

While insurance can inherently be rather painful to shop and pay for, I had nothing going but the best experience with Ben and his team.
