I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!
I came for breakfast for my husband, and I’m currently pregnant. So instead of breakfast of course I want a tuna sandwich. I was SO HAPPY that they could make one for me! It was absolutely delicious 1000/10❤ very pregnant friendly

I had the best experience going through the drive through. Caitlin Scott was so professional, kinda and had such positive energy. I wish more people would be like her. She has outstanding customer service. Thank you Caitlin.

9/21/2023….Ok i had to add onto this review. Went through the drive thru and Maddie(sorry if i mispelled your name) was so sweet and professional. Made my experience fun. She even gave me a little treat. You guys have amazing staff. Keep up there amazing work.

I go here almost every day for the past year or so because I have the Sip Club/Panera Rewards. Customer service is always amazing! There’s a tall guy, whose name I haven’t caught, but must be a manager, who is always on the ball and motivating staff with positive words of encouragement.

Tasty sandwiches. Great coffee. Friendly staff. It's a great atmosphere there. The Sippy Club is a great deal! The customers leave in happy, friendly, conversational moods!

I met up with some friends and sat for 4 hours, catching up. Thank you for not asking us to leave.😁

I can't think of a better way to sit through the pharmacy line than with a turkey bacon avocado sandwich & an agave lemonade.

After I mentioned my dietary restrictions, and stated I usually don't eat out, but I was on my way to my Mom's memorial service and forgot to eat before I left home, one of the managers paid for my meal after helping me figure out a breakfast sandwich I could eat. The steak and egg sandwich with no cheese was fantastic. It was just a really great experience considering where I was going. Thank you.

Mutton Spread is my new fave at Panera! Even my kids couldn't get enough!

Taylor did us a solid! An order we put in yesterday for today had not gone through, so there I was at 7:15 AM (actually got there early) to pick up the food and coffee, but no one could find it in the system. They offered to make it for me right then and were able to get it together in time for me to bring it to the event without delay! Taylor even went the extra mile, making my life so much easier and I can't thank her enough!

Lunch costs a little more than typical fast food but you can tell it's made from higher quality ingredients. Fast and friendly. Nice to dine in again. Brownies still great!

Panera Beard is ahead of it's time for the following reasons.
1. You can order in person, over the phone, via online ordering, or they can just telepathically read your thoughts
2. You can sit wherever you want, and somehow they still find you without ever asking where you're sitting. Seriously try changing tables some time just to throw them off, and they still find you. It's like playing hide and seek, except you're too fat to hide behind a lamp post.
3. The staff is friendly and polite. They seem to be very happy to work there, and they worked together efficiently.
4. Lastly their food is modern, well portioned and tastes phenomenal. Its produced with great quality and maintains fair prices across the board.

The pricing in my opinion can be a bit high here, but unfortunately, it seems like even fast food places are too these days, and I would much rather have fresh food from Panera, than any fast food. The service is always great and pretty darn quick. My daughters and I went today at the height of the Saturday after Valentine's lunch rush, and was able to order and get our food pretty fast. I decided to try the Baja bowl. I like meat and fried things as much as anyone, but sometimes, I just need a change. When the bowl came out, my first thought was, what's for dessert, because this isn't going to fill me up. About halfway thru I realized I was horribly mistaken. I was already starting to feel full. Not only was the Baja bowl absolutely delicious, and so fresh tasting, but I was stuffed when finished! I felt like standing up and shouting, in the episode of Man V Food, MAN WON!

Really, if you haven't been here and want good, fresh food, it's very much worth the trip. Rachel, who brought our food out was amazing, and the whole experience was great.
