The guys there were great, they didn't have navigation dvd reader I needed in stock but found it at another yard on the west side of detroit and got it delivered to them. Saved me a drive and cost just as much as if i went to pick it up myself.

These guys are great! Fast and friendly service and a knowledgeable staff. They helped me with exactly what I needed. I would recommend them over and over again.

There is a crack in the paint and parts are overpriced

We drove 3 1/2 hours from Cleveland to pick up a fender for our car. We were told that it was super clean. When we arrived the people were nice. But when looking at the fender it was not clean. It had a chip on one side and the paint was peeling off the bottom of the fender. Mind you our car is a 2013. I thought driving out there would cave me some money but these people were not honest about it. They packed it for shipping (it was not shipped I went to pick it up) it was all muddy. You would think someone would have cleaned it off. But instead they damaged it while taking it off the car. It was very upsetting considering I took 7 hours out of my day to go get something that was not as advertised. I'm not paying $200 for a busted fender. I'll go to the dealer and get a new one for $150 and have it painted the right way. With no chips or pealing paint. Thanks for waiting our time.

I called them to see if they were interested in purchasing my car. They said they had to get back with me. Then they said no. Then they said they would do $100 for it.

I said I would take it.

They said they would come get it. I waited and waited and waited for them to come. I called them and they said they were coming. I called again and they said they were coming. They never came.

They strung me along for two weeks telling me they were coming to get my car out of my parent's driveway, where I had left it.

I called another place, located 25 miles away. I had a $200 check and my car was gone that afternoon. They accomplished in 4 hours, what Good Fellas couldn't do in two weeks.

It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard from Good Fellas about coming to pick up my car. I never told them I sold it to someone else.

I would have preferred they had just stuck with their original answer of No, if they weren't interested. Don't tell me you are coming to get my car if you aren't going to do it.

Went in looking for decent truck and they were not honest. Told us the only thing wrong was heater core. Just before we were set to pay we discovered the truck had blown head gasket, the radiator looked like muddy water and oil smelled like gas. As a first time buyer to a place like this i will not go back.

Charged us $100 for a headlight and they brought the wrong side. It was listed as LH(left Hand) and they brought the Right. They then wanted to up-charge to $250 when asked to bring the one as listed "LH" on our receipt. Peggy was rather unwilling to fix "their mistake". When asked to transfer to a supervisor he wouldn't do anything further and would not honor our paid receipt for product listed. He then hung up on me.
