New Review: The staff at Rogers and Hollands in Muskegon were exceptional. We worked with several staff members from picking out my engagement ring with Christina to choosing our wedding rings and sizing. They all allowed us to take our time to ensure we chose the perfect rings for our life together.

We had the nicest experience. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, funny! We are so happy with the overall experience we will definitely be back! My Christmas gift is getting sized and I can’t wait to wear it! I would recommend that everyone stop in and check it out. You will be pleased and will walk away with beautiful new and reasonably priced bling! Richard Burk was our salesman… find him! He’s amazing!

The staff was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I purchased a Diamond upgrade for my wife for our anniversary. The staff not only got me the best diamond for an extremely reasonable price but they went above and beyond by setting the old diamond in a beautiful white gold ring. This was an amazing experience because we plan to hand the diamond down to our daughter and now we can present it as a ring instead of a loose stone compliment of Rogers and Hollands. They repaired, resized, and fixed our rings with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend the Lakes mall location in Norton Shores. Great job as always.... We will definitely be back. Amazing Staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I needed to get my ring resized and had family coming to town, Nick brought me my ring as soon as it was ready so I was able to show my family from out of state. Thank you so much!

I was drawn to the store this year by the way the store showcased their inventory. Everything was brightly lit. Once in the store I was met with several smiling faces and was very impressed by the knowledge and the good attitudes from the employees. It was a very nice experience.
I was not rushed or forced into any decisions. Very understanding and pleasant. While waiting to complete my purchase I think every employee stopped to talk to me and wish me a merry Christmas. I will always be returning to make similar purchases in the future.

We came to Rogers & Holland’s looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring after we were told by our previous jeweler that it was no longer being sold (months after we ordered it and after we got married). No jeweler had anything in their stock to match it exactly, but Rich and team at Rogers & Holland saved the day! We gave them the engagement ring to match and we got a wedding band custom-made for a comparable price to the original wedding band. It arrived in about a month and a half and the craftsmanship and quality of the ring is amazing. I’m so happy with my band and the quality of service I was given by the entire staff. I recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry. Even if it’s custom made!

My lady and I were doing some ring shopping for an important event coming up. It's been a very exciting time for us and the Rogers & Hollands staff were so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and made sure that we were getting what we wanted and that we were receiving a fair deal. I couldn't ask for better service.

Received a gift for Mother’s Day, a Beautiful ring my husband and kids chose. My daughter commented how friendly the staff were and they even complimented how she was well very behaved.

Nick, Cat and Christina were incredibly helpful!! They worked as a team to help find the PERFECT Valentine's Day gift for my wife! They all had such great personalities and they were absolutely not the pushy sales type (like other jewelry stores tend to be). 100% recommended for all jewelry needs!! :)

I recommend going here. They are very friendly and very helpful! Nick and Cesar were very nice and welcoming. I kinda had an idea when I came in as to what I wanted. They helped me every step of the way and now I’m just waiting on my order. They helped me create the image from my head to something I can wear. Thank you guys for being very patient with me! If I could give you guys 100 stars I would.

We went to shop for wedding bands. Nick helped us and he was outstanding! He was patient and kind. We never felt pressured - which is very important to us. He explained the lifetime guarantee and was knowledgeable about the jewelry. What I loved the most about him was he didn't make us feel rushed and he was so friendly but didn't talk a mile a minute. We had time to think and discuss it without interruption but he was right there to address any questions!!

Had a lot of help from Tom and the manager. Wanted a nice watch for my boyfriend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The selection was, and always is, gorgeous and they showed me every watch I wanted to see (which was quite a few). I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and they are great with showing you items based on a price range. In fact, all three of the staff working were kind and helpful.

I will continue to go here for all of my fine jewelry needs.
