These guys are quick and friendly. It’s awesome they warranty used parts. It’s only for 30 days but it’s nice of them. Highly recommend these guys for mostly everything you need for your car or truck

This guy is in charge of delivering parts and had the nerve to ignore me as I was standing a few feet away from him for aborto 30 minutes and the line of customers. Such a bad service

Highly recommend. This company take the hard part out of scouring for auto parts. They have new and used options. The used parts sometime require a replacement but that I what you would expect if you were to go pull the part from a junkyard your self. When that does happen there is a warranty or exchange policy that helps. I have worked with LKQ for nearly a decade and they were upfront and when ever there was an issue they were willing to work with me to resolve them. I worked with them on a wholesale end but they also do retail. Great option for auto parts and a market fair price.

While waiting at the sales counter I picked up on the negative reviews on the LKQ website, but my experience was just the opposite!

I needed to do a part swap on a very old invoice (a left side wheel well splash shield instead of the right side that I'd picked up in error) and the counter guys went to work. I left the store with the correct part and am a very happy camper!

Gil from customer service was awesome! Got the exact part we needed without any problems he even got the correct color.

They have come through for me with a rare part a few years ago and recently with rear leaf springs for my F-150 pulled, cleaned, and delivered cheaper than doing it myself in the mud at Pick and Pull. Good, honest outfit.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Ordered a part and they had it reserved that day for pick up. I will be doing more business here.

Services was slow for awile but they have definitely picked up the pace and generally have you in and out pretty quick
