She goes over and above to help the customers me and included and I just feel like she would be a great addition to be manager And she is very dependable. She’s been there for a few years now because I’ve been with Kay since they opened in the Muskegon mall so I feel that you should make her the manager sincerely, Brenda D

I had such an amazing experience picking out my wedding bands. Cat helped me try on many different styles and had great ideas on what would go well together. She took my vision and made it come to life even better than I had hoped. I now have such a unique gorgeous set thanks to her.

They did a great job with resizing my ring and the two woman there were so sweet! Kaylah helped me process my service request and was just amazing! Definitely will be going back to Kay for any jewelry services I need in the future:)

Cat helped us with a very complicated order, we had 3 different appointments with her before finalizing and ordering everything we wanted. She went above and beyond providing amazing help. I went to Kay's for the first time yesterday. It was a very pleasant experience. The employees were all very friendly.

Cat was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I came in 3-4 times for multiple items for our wedding day and she was so patient as I can be very indecisive. She went above and beyond and we will be back to work with her for all of our future jewelry needs!

So my husband and I used to live in Indiana and had gotten a wedding ring set from the Clarksville IN store and the manager himself traded my ring set for another wedding set due to SO many issues with the my first wedding set , long story short they never did any paper work showing that we had traded for the new set and my warranty was gone which he had promised would transfer to the new set and it did NOT and I was told I would have to pay for a mistake that he had done ! We called and called for MONTHS and there has been SO MANY rude convos with the GM (In clarksville IN)herself and I was getting no answers. We went to the Kays in The Lakes Mall and Allison and Kat and John really helped us out with getting to the bottom of things and got my warranty back on my new wedding set . Allison and Kate and John were so kind and very helpful and went out of their way to help us. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALLISON AND TEAM AT LAKES MALL !!!!!
