Called Grimes this morning, they got out here same day and not only fixed my issue, but were able to simplify my plumbing setup in the basement for my laundry drainage. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Glad I called, thank you Grimes!

Called Grimes about scheduling a plumber to come out and investigate a leak in my wall from a possibly busted pipe. Dave called before he started on his way over here, and arrived at the date and time scheduled prior. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job identifying the problem then confirming the next course of action with me before cutting a hole in the wall, which was necessary for my situation. The job was done well and the leak was fixed in a shorter amount of time and for a smaller bill than I had anticipated.

I called at just the right time. How often do you call for a plumber, and they answer, "He'll be right over"? Did a great job fixing a clogged kitchen sink, gave good advice. Would definitely recommend them!

This was my first time using Grimes. I had a small project that I didn't have the patience to tackle. From the first phone call to the finished job everything was easy breezy. Dave did a fantastic job and was really easy to communicate with to fit in my schedule and understand what I needed. I'm not privy to the going rate of a plumber, but the price seemed fair. Thanks!

This is the third time I've used Grime's Plumbing and I have been satisfied every time. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice every time and fixed the leaks in a timely manner. They were also able to point out potential issues so I could schedule additional appointments to get them fixed before it became a problem. The price has always been reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called Grimes for a sump pump failure and they went out of their way to accommodate me the same day. The friendly lady who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. Cody, who performed the repair was helpful and fun to chat with. Their prices are very reasonable and I would call again for plumbing needs. Well done!

I had a clogged toilet on the morning of an ice storm. I called Grimes at 9:15, by 9:45 Mitchell had fixed the problem. Very appreciative of the professionalism and quickness, even though Grimes didn't have power.

From our first phone call with Marie, to the actual repair/install job itself, Grimes personnel were the kind of people we like to do business with: personable and knowledgeable people, resulting in a job well done. Right from the start you could tell that plumbers Mitchell and Travis cared about customer satisfaction, and their job performance was excellent, including clean-up! We will definitely call Grimes for any future plumbing needs.

Grimes was called with very little notice. I had a failing pressure tank and they arranged their schedule to get me serviced. Quality installation performed by Mike Grimes himself. He has a staff that he manages but still rolls up his sleeves and does work himself as well. Competitive pricing and quality service, can't ask for much more than that! Five star rated!

Grimes did a great job helping me with a some what complicated problem I was having with a sump pump that other plumbers could not fix. They diagnosed the problem, then came back a few days later to complete the work. They did an excellent job, and it's all fixed!! I'm very happy. They did a great job of cleaning up when done. I had zero mess, like no one was there. It's hard to find a good plumber, and these guys are great. Very reasonable prices as well.

I have used Grimes Plumbing for many different plumbing issues over many years and they always do a great job at a fair price with excellent service.

I had a great experience with Grimes Plumbing recently. I had low water pressure issues and rather than dispatch a person to my house and charge me a service fee they talked me through some trouble shooting tricks and I was able to fix the issue myself. Very impressive customer service. I will definitely think of Grimes if I have plumbing issues in the future.

This business came highly recommended by a friend. The wonderful lady on the phone went above & beyond to try to accommodate my need, & I didn't press her to do so at all.
She went through multiple gyrations on a busy day, even tried to rearrange work schedules to fit me in, & stayed in contact with me throughout the day to let me know where things stood.
Ultimately they were too busy to fit me in within the short time frame needed, but they tried really hard to, were very attentive & pleasant, even though it sounded like a hectic time. I will call them next time I need a plummer, & will again this time too if nobody else can get me in right away.

Grimes Plumbing was fantastic! When another plumbing company canceled at the last minute, Marie at Grimes was able to get our work scheduled within just a few days. Mitchell and Jordan were both very professional, performed the needed repairs, and explained exactly what costs we would incur. Hats off to Grimes for everything they did for us on short notice!

David was our Service Tech. Wouldn't have any other plumbing company touch our plumbing. David was completely honest when asked about replumbing our entire house. This type of Service and honesty is hard to come by, now days.

I manage property and was out of town and they were booked for days, but an opening became available and they fit me in and resolved problem, the 5 stars are for their concern and care to even remember to call me back and satisfy the tenant.. Great job
