Culligan of Jackson, MI

We recently bought a Culligan water softener from Ladwig's. The experience was great! (Dare I say perfect?) We went from 4.5 bags of salt a month to 1 bag, and we went from brown rings in the toilet to perfectly white, and the water (from the faucet) tastes terrific.

Our ten-year-old softener (not very old) from another company just wasn't working well. So, we called several vendors.

Ladwig's visited us, treated us professionally and courteously, and we signed. They installed the system within a few days.

And their service has been excellent. I recommend Ludwig's (and Culligan products) without reservation. I wish I had done this several years ago.

These folks are great. My water softener was leaking and they replaced it ASAP. Nathan came and switched it out fast. He knows what he is doing. Ladwigs is professional and they let you know what they are doing. I am glad that I have a quality water system.

Our local Culligan dealer has superior staff that are friendly and have the knowledge to answer all of your questions. They also carry superior products. Our last Culligan water softener lasted 44 years. Our new Culligan water softener operates more efficiently, and we expect it will last just as long-if not longer.

Great experience. Should have signed up for home salt delivery years ago. Saves my shoulder and back!
Very interested in using the resin cleaner.
Hopefully will see a reduction in rusty water.

As of this date, I have not used their product long enough to evaluate the product. With regard to their services, II am very pleased with them. The associates with whom I met were cordial, efficient, and were able to answer all of the questions I had at the time.The follow-up by the associates was excellent. Everything I was told would occur, did. In addition I received a personal "follow-up" call from Mr. Ladwig to ensure everything was completed as promised. I assured him it was.

First I have to say how happy I am with my new water softener!!! From having hard water for weeks and seeing my appliances and sinks become rusty I had enough! Then I talked to Joel the owner, and he made everything so easy and affordable and made this transaction a breeze. I’m very happy and would recommend Culligan to anyone who wants great customer service! Thanks again Joel and to my technician Tim, you guys rock!!!

Excellent customer service. We didn't realize how bad our homes water lacked in quality until we had Culligan come out and set us up. We got the full water softener system and we had a reverse osmosis system put it. Thank you so much!!

We bought a new house two years ago in the Jackson area. Called Culligan’s to have a water test, estimate, and personal talk with the service representative and installation guys. No pressure sales was nice. Just a card, and call me if you would want it installed. We bought the High Efficiency Twin the next day. Family of six 2500 sq. Ft. Two story house. Well water. Diamond rust inhibitor salt. It works great never a problem no rust no calcium good tasting water we forget we even have it,just put in salt. In the past frustrated with power outages but this thing, never forgets what time date and when cycles need to run. Thanks

The ordering an installation of my new Culligan water system was quick an easy. The entire process took less than an hour. The results were we had the best tasting water we have had in a long time.

Ludwig Culligan provides excellent customer service and maintenance for our Culligan softer.

We are set up with a quarterly salt delivery and so appreciate this service. Ladwigs carrying the bags down and fill the softer and making sure everything is working properly.

Ken came out today and very quickly found the issue with my water softener & fixed it! He's also an extremely nice man and a pleasure to have in my home for repair work.

Culligan's Service Technician Ken is top notch. He takes his time to explain everything he is doing and why he's doing it. Thanks to his clear and uncomplicated explanations even someone like me, who doesn't know anything about drinking water systems, can understand what's going on. We had terrible water! They came out and diagnosed the problem and within 2 days the water is wonderful. My animals thank you as well! I can't say enough to tell you how nice it is to have water that is clear and odor free. No more wasting time at the store filling jugs at the water station. I did not expect this much difference. Ladwig Culligan were very informative and helpful in helping us make an educated decision about our reverse osmosis drinking water system vs. bottled delivery. They were very prompted on deliver and instillation, even taking our old softener for us! I highly recommend their team!

We had the bad habit about checking the salt level. Sometimes not realizing it was low or out until we would notice a difference in the water. We never have to think about it now. The best part is having it taken downstairs and put in! The cost is very reasonable. When we did find out how much it was we wondered why we didn’t we do this before?
