Well,this particular restaurant has an awesome menu,it is always fresh.....and fast service....the employees are always friendly...always a warm invite......the food is always hot....we love Canton Express.... sincerely a 😁 happy customer.

This is our favorite Asian food restaurant! It is consistently good with very large food portions and the staff are super super friendly! I don't understand any of the negative reviews because I've had several different things from here and never had any issues whatsoever! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great take out 😊

Very good, clean and the best Chinese. They used to own a place on Fraser and Gratiot and now we come here to this location. We've been eating their food for the past 30 years, and we recommend the almond , orange, and sesame chicken along with the pepper steak! The owners are also so sweet, they have amazing customer service.

I love the sweet and sour chicken. In other places the sauce is too sweet but dang it's perfect here. I've been going here since I moved here. It's so good. The egg rolls are good too. I've always gotten the sweet and sour chicken but it's a reasonable price and it's definitely worth it. Yes it is a long wait but like I said worth it!!! And when you have more than 3 people order 2 pints of rice there is never enough for my 6 people family. Other than that I'd totally eat it every week.

It's usually decent, which is why I always come back. But, I have to say, that tonight, I ordered the sesame chicken combination, and it is SPOT ON. So delicious. Tender, juicy chicken, fluffy rice, a perfect egg roll. I am extremely satisfied.
I'd also like to add... I was reading some of the other reviews on here, and I noticed a lot of people mentioning "how horribly rude" the woman at the register is. She is not being rude. You are just perceiving her wrong. She is a hard worker who is just doing her job. Having worked in customer service for several years, I've noticed that many people will think that an Asian American person is being rude, when in reality they are actually not. It's a cultural thing. She is not trying to be rude. Please try to bear that in mind.

Ordered takeout the 1st time on Nov, 16th. Ordered a qt. of Chinese fried shrimp, qt. of beef chop suey and an egg foo young combo. All were fresh and delicious! Packaged well too. Portions allowed for extra the next day (today) and it reheated very well:) We will be returning for sure...probably 3 to 4 times a month:)

I always order the general tao chicken, but their other food is solid too. The food quality is always decent, and they've always been fair to me in cost as well as timing. I've never had to wait overlong for my order. I've been ordering food here for a long while and I've never been given bad food. I am grateful to have them here in the community.

Great classic egg rolls. Wonton soup is solid (well, liquid) and I love the Almond boneless chicken. They are my go-to in the area.

Still solid as of 5/26/22 they never disappoint!

The restaurant is pretty good about giving you a combination to your order. I will suggest that you have to ask when placing your order order to give things to your liking. If anyone wants to limit chicken or the Almond boneless chicken, ask them to fry it lightly. If fried lightly, both the lemon chicken and almond chicken turns out superb.

My favorite carryout Asian restaurant. Always a solid meal with a fair price. Girlfriend at the desk is a doll. They removed an item from the menu yet still make it for me whenever I place an order and have never price gouged me. Love these folks.

First time trying this place and was very satisfied with the order. I agree with the rest of the great reviews, regarding freshness of the food! Order was correct and delivered promptly! Definitely will give Canton Express another go round!

love this place! the lady is nice and helpful. we had the dinner for 2 tonight. almond boneless chicken and sweet and sour chicken. enough food for my 3 kids and myself. plenty of leftovers.

Love Jenny I’ve been ordering her food since Golden Wok. Would eat here every day if I could!!! Highly recommend her. :) Almond Boneless Chicken is really good.

THE BEST GENERAL TSO's! This place is tucked away in a strip mall and it deserves to have it's own stand alone restaurant. The food here is incredible and it was recommended by others to me so I tried it and have been going back every since.

Friendly Chinese lady works the front while angry sounding Chinese men shout in the kitchen. Maybe they're not angry and it just sounds like it because I don't speak Mandarin. Whatever, it sounds intense and it's probably that intensity that goes into the food.

We picked Canton Express randomly for dinner while visiting family and my dad called it the best Chinese food he has ever eaten. The woman at the front desk was crazy busy but still extremely nice and the food came fast and everyone agreed it tasted fantastic, great place!

The best Chinese food, the owners are so nice. My favorite is the orange chicken but they also make really good almond and sesame chicken.

Every time I come here the service is absolutely wonderful and the food is always fresh :)

AMAZING fresh Chinese food. Spicy Sesame chicken and egg roll lunch specil under 7 bucks HUGE potions and exactly what you were craving!
