The ladies here are on point . Friendly,, fine, fabulous. Great service and easily the cleanest KFC even. Give these chicks a raise and let.tjem train all your other stores how to do it right . The people at your other locations are not up to the high standards the Col wanted. The Westnedge ladies exceed all that .KFC has some hotties that are killing.it

I downloaded the phone app and was delighted to find a promo for exactly what I wanted. It was such a good deal, I placed a large order. When I arrived to pickup, there was a long line at the drive through, but the line quickly dispersed from fast service. I was told there was a problem that they had run out of extra crispy and were short on my large order. The manager appologize profusely, but I was not upset at all. I just asked that they swap with whatever they had as It was not an issue to me whatsoever. I was still in shock with what a good deal on my favorite chicken I had received on the phone app. The manager even gave me a complimentary chocolate cake. I highly recommend this location. Clearly the manager cares, the staff handled a long drive through line amazingly fast. And the food was delicious.

Food was hot and delicious. Chicken was not overly greasy like KFC usually is. Mashed potatoes were delicious and gravy was excellent.

I was extremely impressed with my last visit. All of the staff were friendly, fast and courteous. I would like to single out the manager who's name is Dre I believe. His level of motivation and courtesy towards his team was exceptional. He kept a level head and his team motivated when they were busy at a level that you usually do not see at the fast food level. I never leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one, great job!

What a pleasant experience at this KFC! The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and the food was hot & delicious! I’m currently using crutches to get around, and the workers even went out of there way to help me open up doors. Thank you for making a routine fast food lunch stop an extraordinary one.

I went thru the drive thru and was told to come inside and order, it was fine. Staff were great here, they would always be accommodating if something would take more than 3 minutes such as offer a drink, or they would offer cookies in exchange for something they would have to wait for. I love this restaurant and it's accommodation.

I got the pleasure today to talk with Andre. As he was taking my order he was very pleasant and friendly! He also expressed to me that he wasn't having the best of days and despite all he was going through, he still treated me like I was #1. Very happy with the customer service shown, I will most definitely be going back!

I work across the street. I can't tell you how many times I've waited in line at the Wendy's next door for over TEN minutes just to get my order in. KFC is always fast and efficient. Better staff for sure. I like the guy who works the front, he is really chill.

The chicken is very good. My 4 year old grandson loves the popcorn chicken, he'll eat up to 17 pieces which is alot for him. I also love their coleslaw it's the best. The biscuits were nice and fresh too.

I have been here several times and out of all these times I think they forgot to give me my pop one time. Other than that no complaints. Great Food! Great service!

I love all the places we buy chicken from in Kalamazoo but I always have to come back to Kentucky Fried Chicken when I go all out. This day, I took boxes of chicken and sides home to my family. Were we enjoyed a nice family dinner.

I use the drive thru. They are always super polite and fast service. I love the classic chicken sandwich which is delicious and priced reasonable.

Had a wonderful experience there. Food was good. The service was nice. The people friendly. Can't ask for more than that. And no rubber chicken.

Fast service despite the line of cars. The young lady working the window was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Loving the tenders bucket to share with family.

The food is good but it would be nice if they made enough pot pies so that everybody could have one every time I go here they never have pot pies
