Great nurse practitioner and therapist for my child, but ALWAYS call ahead before going to an appointment. The receptionist has a bad habit of switching which person you're supposed to see, or sometimes just loses your appt, even when they're written on cards as proof. As an addition to this, telling the customer who is holding the appt card in their hand that the appt wasn't scheduled and I must be mistaken? Disgusting and just awful. We almost switched just because of how unreliable their receptionist is.
