I had been needing a new phone for quite awhile...but procrastinated because of my lack of technical knowledge and how terrible my experiences were in the past. I have to say, this time was TOTALLY different! Mathew was seriously an answered prayer...NOT JOKING! He was beyond patient with me and all of my questions. He was the most thorough and technically knowledgeable customer service rep I've ever dealt with! I wish I could hire him to be my my personal tech guru! I am extremely grateful for him and would recommend going to him for any verizon needs! He was such a blessing! Thank you Mathew!

Switched to Verizon from T-Mobile! The process was smooth and painless! Mathew did a great job explaining the process and made sure that we are set up for success!

This was the 2nd Verizon store I had been to for assistance. The first was in another county. The employee there corrected my phone problem in five minutes. I wish I had asked him his name!

Got helped very quickly, the gentleman who helped us was very informative and knowledgeable about the different phones. Her listen to us explain what we wanted from a phone and was able to give us some options that would best suit our needs.

Manager and new guy very helpful more than the out of state office

My boyfriend was adding onto our family phone plan and also upgrading his phone. The store opens at 10, and we got there at 10:10 to find three other people/couples in line. The two sales associates were both busy with one couple each, and there was one lady in front of us. The general manager was the one checking us in, and we told him what we were there for, and he gave us a form to get started on and highlighted the phones and cases we had expressed an interest in. As we waited, I kept thinking of questions to ask, and the GM was very friendly and didn't mind me bothering him repeatedly. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we told the GM that we knew exactly which phone, case, and screen protector we want and we just need to order. I'm in sales, so I felt bad that we were being "that couple" that needed to be helped sooner than staffing would allow. The GM helped me start to order online, but with 9 lines on our plan, weird bogo deals, and unmatched upgrades/fees, I was having a hard time. The GM helped me navigate the online ordering process, an unexpected financing limit, and case/screen purchase, even though that was traditionally left to the sales associates who were all occupied during this time. We left the store at about 11:10 with the phone, case, screen, deals on all of them, and instructions on how to take care of the rest. While I do think the store should open earlier and the wait was longer than ideal, the staff were very kind and helped us get the best deals on everything. I just wish I remembered names better to give these awesome employees shoutouts!

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. It takes a whike to get waited on, but that's because there is a ton of customers almost every time I go there. They have around 6 staff members at all times too, so to ease the problem the only solution I can see is a bigger store.

Had the best experience. Curtis was so helpful in picking a new phone and new data plan. I have tried other Verizon stores. Big mistake. Stick with the best.

Shout out to the Super Hero Ken at the Verizon store!! After fighting with T-Mobile/Sprint for 2 weeks about being released from my contract, Ken walked me through step by step of how to get the most in all available rebates, and how to apply them. He helped me and my daughter set up our phones and gave us almost 2 hours of his time and was very patient!!
The first time I went in the store there was a guy that was not helpful at all!! But Ken is the super hero of that Verizon store!!
Vote Ken for president!! :)

The place to go for phone knowledge....

I went to change my plan from Sprint to Verizon, the place was packed so I thought I'd be there for hours. The salesman not only ported over 2 phones in about 20 minutes, but downloaded all of our pictures from both phones and re-installed all of my daughters apps. I get great signal at my home now in Cement City. The service was fast, and very friendly. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommended, best experience in a cell phone store ever.

This place is amazing. Rich got us all set up with our new phone and helped us switch over from TMobile super easy. I look forward to working with them in the future

This Verizon location is great!! The last two times we have been there we have had good experiences. The staff there gives wonderful service and are so helpful!!

Rich is awesome! There were all sorts of issues getting my account setup, but Rich persevered and got it taken care of.

They were very helpful. I appreciated the knowledge, knowing that not all apps in the play store are supported by my phone.
