If you want accurate and great service please bring your vehicle to Tamrox. As woman who has basic knowledge of a car and so often get talked down too or made to feel I have to do repairs. This is not the case at Tamrox. Instead you will be treated with honesty, respect and professionalism. They will assist you in prioritizing your repairs so it works for you.

18 months ago, I had a hole in my muffler. I got it fixed, but less than 2 years later, it tore another hole in the same place. I went back to the original shop to check if it was still under warranty and to have it repaired, but they informed me that the warranty period had expired after 90 days. That's when I found Tamrox. They exceeded my expectations by far. The other repair shops I visited did not provide me with detailed explanations, but Tamrox discovered that a missing part was likely causing the problem. They not only repaired my muffler but also took it for a test drive and washed my car. Despite my limited knowledge of cars, they were able to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced at any auto shop. I highly recommend Tamrox for anyone in need of car repairs!

Love the team at Tamrox! Their technicians are highly skilled and don’t back down from the difficult stuff. The office team is very friendly and knowledgable. They get repairs done quickly and even offer free loaner cars, a 3 year warranty, and wash your vehicle before you pick it up! I highly recommend Tamrox to anyone who wants great service and their vehicle repaired the best way possible!

Just amazing. On a very difficult day for our family, my husband brought in our van for a battery issue. The facilities and customer service were so good it was shocking. They were a huge blessing for our family at a difficult time. Five stars not enough.

I always have a great experience whenever I need work done on my truck. The staff does a fantastic job at communicating and you can even text them if you aren't able to talk on the phone. They take great pride in the work they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get work done or a second opinion.

After two trips to the dealership about a wobble in the steering. Written: "No issue found." I took my vehicle to Tamrox. Upon entering, I met Alex who was welcoming and attentive to my concern. She suggested a thorough inspection which, I agreed. Upon test drive and inspection, it was noted the right strut was leaking. RF bushing on lower control arm was ripped. Upon further inspection the cv joint had a loose boot which was not ripped but allowed water to gather inside.

I had Tamrox replace all the components and upon test drive the vehicle is no longer wobbling. I highly recommend having your vehicle inspected and worked on at Tamrax with mechanics and Technicians who take pride in their work and troubleshooting. As well as having such positive and proactive Service Advisors.

I had Tamrox do a safety inspection on my GMC Yukon before a long road trip. They found several leaks and a few minor mechanical issues. They advised me that my brakes were ok but not great. After going over the inspection report with me, they gave me their recommendations based on safety concerns and let me decide how to proceed. I had them fix the major issues and a couple minor issues. They made the repairs quickly and we were still able to afford to go on our trip! Also, the day before we left for our trip the headlight went out and they replaced it the same day. Great people to work with!

I've been to your place 3 times and every time I've walked away with good thoughts. I had an estimate of $2200 to fix my car from a downtown repair service. I came to your place and you fixed it on the spot, and charged me $85.

We have a new car repair company! From start to finish, we were kept in the loop with phone calls and texts. I appreciate the top level customer service. Would highly recommend!

Service was great. Staff was polite and understanding. Staff even contacted me a week after just to see how my car was doing. I'll definitely return to them if and when I need them.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. It was the most pleasant experience ever with any auto repair facility! They got us in and out efficiently. They even gave us thoughtful little gifts for being new customers. We were impressed by their two-test-ride system, too; nice to know the quality of workmanship is double checked! The prices seemed reasonable, the facility was clean and welcoming (even the restroom), my car was returned clean and the work was done correctly and in record time. They’ll have our business again and we will recommend them to everyone we know!

Tamtox employees are great. They are courteous, polite, they go above and beyond. Everytime I go to Tamrox for car service I leave feeling blessed. And that's says something in today's world. They provide courteous cars which make life so much easier. I would highly recommend Tamron. They really are a great company to work with.

While visiting in Jackson from out of state, my car started making noises from underneath and the more I drove it, the worse it got, and the more afraid I was to drive it. It was late afternoon and I had to get back home. I called Tamrox Automotive and they told me to bring in. The young lady working there, I believe her name was Kelly was super nice and the mechanics got my car fixed in no time! If I ever have problems with my car again while I'm up there, I'm definitely taking it to Tamrox, and I highly recommend them to everybody in Jackson! They are awesome!

I recently had a great experience at Tamrox when I needed a quick fix for a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in and out in no time, which was incredibly helpful given my busy schedule. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff really made me feel like my time was important, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Tamrox for anyone in need of prompt and friendly service on their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future and encouraging my loved ones to do the same.

Amazing customer service. Was in a very tight spot financially when I brought my car in to get looked at. We found damage on my car that should have prevented it from being sold to me by the dealership, and I thought surely I was going to have to cut my losses and buy a new car. Tamrox swept in and fixed my car in a matter of three days and put me in a conplimentary car to boot. Having my car back, it drive even better than the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you, Tamrox!

This shop is top notch! They got me in on short notice! Their was a screw that no mechanic could get off..and I needed that screw removed in order to change a bulb..and the mechanic was able to get the screw off with no issues! I am a new customer now!
