Great drinks and great waitstaff. The owners are also very easy going and helpful.

It’s a must try if you like cider and mead.

I really enjoyed my visit! Miranda gave us an excellent in dept tour. She explained the brewing process. Its definitely alot that goes into making that wonderful liquid magic they have. I'd recommend this place to anybody who wants to have different and very unique drinks. Good peaceful environment and a great unforgettable experience. This place was very spooky for Halloween and they had a stand up comedy night on Saturday. Donate life an (organ donation) awareness organization was there as well which was super cool. I tried some mead which was cool and some ciders. I would go again!

Such a great hidden gem. This place has an amazing selection of Meads made on site. Great service, great atmosphere and a must "go to".

Stopped for a couple of their 5 ox still meads. The cyser of the lambs chianti barrel aged for 5 years, and a cherry chipotle mead. Both very good but I give the cherry chipotle an extra thumbs up

This'll be my second time here during Board Game Night so my opinion is based on that day. Let me start off by saying that if you bring along the right group, board game night is an insane amount of fun. They provide a TON of really interesting and fun "nerdy" board games, and there's a guy there who knows everything about all of them so if you get stuck you can get help from him.

If you're a fan of cider or Mead then look no further because they have a huge selection and you can order 1oz drinks if you want to try a bunch of them before picking your favorite. They do NOT have food here, but you can bring your own. Last time we had a pizza and a ton of tacos and ate while playing and talking. It was busy last time for sure but if you come with a group you can usually occupy a table to yourselves. We come early just to make sure we are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean too, which is a major plus!

If you're into some cool board games, good drink, and having a chill time with friends, this is a great place. I should add: the board games are technically there every day but they have other events (like trivia night) throughout the week and I'm sure you can play them any day of the week.

Just wow!! Been on a cider and mead tear this summer and I'd bought Zombie Killer in the past in a store.. that is good stuff.
But my buddy told me the place is a mile from where I'm staying this month.. i went.. and got individual cans to try.. pricey if done this way, but you gotta know what you like. Nothing was short of outstanding!! I just wish more was sold in stores.

If you like drinking.. and haven't tried mead.. check it out ASAP!

The mead here is truly unique and unparalleled. Definitely recommend to any wine or beer lover.

Excellent Mead and great people behind the bar. They have a large selection of different meads and ciders. They also have a few beers. Collaborations with Black Lotus for a beer and with New Holland for stout barrels to age #DragonsAreReal mead. The taproom is nice and they have games you can play while enjoying the drinks. Excellent place for gluten sensitive people as most of their options are gluten free.

Best Mead around. Cool place, with some interesting stuff like slushees with zombie killer.

B Nektar was always the best place to get mead, but now they are offering cider and beer selections in addition. The orange cream beer is a top 10 in the Metro Detroit area for me. Truly one of the best spots around.

Came for Schramms, stayed for B-Nektar. Seriously, these guys stacked up favorably to the best in the world. Actually had a lot of dry mead offereings (slightly carbonated, less sweet) as well so that was nice. Cool, neighborhood bar vibe to the place. Will be back.

I didn’t actually visit the venue as I live in Ohio, but I was looking for a good hard cider and came across these two…Zombie Killer and Blood Amulet. LOVED them both!! So difficult to find ciders in my area so Thank You for making great ones!!!

Very much a grassroots meadery, no frills, but a great mead, a good selection, friendly staff. Everything you need!!!

It was great. I was surprised to find a Meadery in a very industrial part of Ferndale. But it works with the ambiance of the place. I thought it had a lot of choices considering how small it is. It says there's outdoor seating, but it's just a few picnic tables very close to the street and no shade. Inside is where the action is.

I visited today with a plus one. All my friends know that I do not like drinking. I hate the taste of alcohol. I skimmed the menu and selected the following. I was searching for drinks that seemed more fruity (like soda etc) and selected the following.

1. New Wave Lemonade
2. Mango Sorbet
3. Blood Amulet
4. Punk Lemonade
5. Zombie Killer

I liked everything. Zombie killer is apparently the most popular drink. That was my least favorite out of the 5 - but I still liked it. It had an interesting after taste and I couldn't decide if I truly liked it or not.

I would recommend the options I chose if you also do not like the taste of alcohol, or are not a big drinker. You could sense it was there - but it was not over powering. I really loved 1-4. They had a sparkling fruity taste to it and I would definitely get it again. It was not overpowering at all - which to me is a good thing because again, I do not like the taste of alcohol. They were all light and fruity. I also got everything in the smallest size (5oz), so i could taste a few and wouldn't feel bad if i didn't like it (because I wouldn't drink it).

Another cool thing is that they do not serve food at all. You are allowed to bring in your own food. So you can grab takeout and head over here or just get delivery to the location. That was really cool as well.

I was told that they brew their own drinks and distribute it to local liquor stores, markets etc at that location. That was really cool. I would love to tour that part of the brewery.
