Kroger

I ordered a Clicklist pick up from this, Kroger location, and everything went so wonderfully. My app was not working correctly, so I couldn’t check in, But had to go in to buy dog food anyways. When I arrived inside, staff was so helpful in getting me my order and providing me with a cart for the dog food. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Thank you again.

Kristen and Jason were so helpful. Okay I don't think I've ever been at a grocery store especially a big chain one had someone goes so out of their way to help me.
Even though I'm removing closer to a different Kroger I will make the extra trip to go here such a great experience

Yesterday was my 1st visit at this particular Kroger (I normally go to either the Harper Woods, Harper rd. or Grosse Pointe Farms location because of their selections) I have to admit…although a small store, they had a nice variety. I had no problems finding gourmet cheeses and the kind of plant-based items I’ve been searching for.
But my visit wasn’t just about the variety in foods, it was the willingness to assist from a young lady who worked there (Jasmine) I believe that’s her name. See I’m disabled and she noticed me from the time I got out of my car until the the time I left. When she saw me at checkout, she made sure I was ok on getting things to my vehicle. She was just an all around helpful young lady. I didn’t have time to find the manager because I was in so much pain, but she didn’t know she made my day. You really don’t see this kind of treatment these days from young people. They will walk right by you and not ask to help at all. So I really appreciated what this young lady did and want to make sure someone knows about her efforts in assisting me that day. You have a gem. 😊

I haven't in store shopped at this store in quite some time; today was my first time in in a few years. I was able to find what I was looking for pretty fast and easily. My issue wasn't with the store itself just another patron whom parked super close to my car to where I personally wasn't able to get into it. After getting my groceries into my car and put the cart away I sat in the back waiting for the person who parked next to me; but a lovely lady named Norma, who just got off work came out before them. I got out of the back seat and explained what happened and asked if she could possibly move the car back some so i could get in; she did, and that extra step for a customer is the reason I would LOVE to come back and shop here, and not just as a click list client. :) Guys she deserves a reward!

The store is great its always clean and well stocked. The employee's are very polite and helpful. Making the experience that much better. The people themselfs are nice and polite. However, the people who shop there are very fast paces and seem to jog with their carts. You should be very careful turning corners or suffer an accendent. The food however, is fresh and is priced well.

the staff here are just the best. i use the pickup option often because i've got a child who is high risk for covid- they always do a great job choosing items and substitutes. im so grateful for this service and the only thing i would change is that kroger would give me an option to tip when i order!

Cleanest Kroger I've been to. Always stocked, pleasant workers, but one. She's a stock lady, older. If you ask her where something is, she acts like you're asking her to pay for it! She always has an attitude!! Works in the frozen section.
Other than her, its a great grocery store!!
UPDATE: This is our go to for everything we need. We're in & out. Their stock is on point!

Have been shopping here for years and have never had any issues. Great place, especially when they have deals. The store personnel typically walks me over to an item if i cant find it on my own, instead of sending me on a wild goose chase. If they don't know where the item is, then they go to ask someone else who does. Love my experiences there whenever i go.

Love this Kroger!! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They keep a wide variety of items. Great bakery, yummy variety of selections. My sister drives out of her way to shop at this Kroger because of the quality and kindness of the people that work here.

The staff is professional and always friendly and always asks how you are doing. Their produce is always fresh and stays fresh for days to come unlike Meijer's. The prices are good and not as high as Meijer when it comes to food, the personal products are a little bit more costly. The store is clean, and it is easy to get into and out of the parking lot as well

I love my Kroger! I've never once had a bad experience. If you're there on an off day sometimes stock can be low. But I'm obsessed with their clicklist! Great workers! Friendly service!

Great store and selection. Been shopping here for years and they recently had a management change that you can really tell they care. Store has improved 10 fold over the past few months.

This is a wonderful place to shop at and work... I was in both the customer point of view, and the associate point of view, so I got to be behind the scenes of the deli. They are a very caring store. You get what you want, plus a little...

I spoke with the manager Nick. He helped me in every area I had questions. I highly recommend going to this store. I see the potential and it's going to be great.

Only the Kroger at Crocker and Metro Parkway do I have a problem. Not at the regular check-out lines just at the self service. Always a problem saying someone has been notified to help you when clearly there's nothing wrong. I even asked me the salesperson what's wrong he says he doesn't know. This is every time at that location. Never any other Kroger. I personally prefer Kroger to other grocery stores.

When you're walking Kroger it's like being part of a family everybody is kind to you they go out of their way if something is not on the Shelf to go get it for you and they're always Pleasant the employees are always a smile just a nice place to shop and the sales are phenomenal I would never choose any other grocery store other than Kroger produce is fresh Bakery is fresh and the meat is awesome I recommend the store to anyone

If I had not retired when Farmer Jack had closed it's doors back in 2007, I'd probably be working here now. Made the wrong choice and went to work at one of their non union competitors, Nino Salvaggio, who really impressed the customers with a lot of flash and pretty product, but just covered up garbage and treated the employees like even worse garbage. Needless to say, Kroger rescued us and brought back a decent grocery store.

when I was down at 15 and Harper I used to go to the one on 16 and Crocker all the time and the store it was great I knew where everything was I could get in and out and just a few minutes and really never had any problems I would always use the self-serve self-scan lanes and I would have no problem there would be plenty enough items for me to get and I never had to worry about leaving there without something I need it
