Fantastic! Made it an easy process to sign up for insurance and he did all the work for me which made the process stress free. Super friendly and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

We've been with Chad Hawks for over 25 years.... (I know, I'm old) but he's always taken care of us in a timely and professional way. He's taken care of us by keeping us at the lowest possible rate, handling our claims efficiently, and communicating with us through the entire process. Chad Hawks agency has been great to work with. I switched my home and cars over to his agency late last year and the experience was great. He explained everything very well and did everything that he said he would do. Handled the cancellation of my old insurance and make sure everything was timed right so I wouldn't have a gab in coverage. His staff is also very friendly and professional.

Chad was absolutely a life saver! My situation was very unique and to be brief ill just say I had a very time sensitive situation that one day difference I would have lost my licence. I have been using Chad Hawks Allstate insurance for over 16 years. They are always ready to help me whenever I walk in or call them on the phone. Recently I needed to get some proof for an incident and Katie Thompson helped me with prompting me over a long time frame and was so patient with me. Then when I got her the proof she was able to put it in a format that was better accepted and turned it in for me. The proof was accepted and it was all through her efforts. I met an agent named Dallin Jensen at Weber State while sitting at the computer lab just doing my thing. I hate paying insurance, but I feel as though his mode of outreach, professionalism and patience on instating a policy made Allstate deserving of my business versus the company I’ve been with for 13 years. I originally started with just coverage for a business vehicle but will shortly be adding a personal vehicle as well.

Best insurance agent I've ever had! They are super pleasant to work with. Always answer my questions and take care of my needs, in a very timely matter. I have used Chad for 2 homes and 7 cars now, and they definitely do not disappoint.

Allstate insurance may be the least expensive, but they have always been there when I needed them. Chad Hawks insurance agent is the best!
