Nursing staff was great 👍...very friendly, caring and professional.
My only complaint would be the receptionist at the desk when I first arrived. She was far from friendly, almost seemed miserable, never smiled or attempted to engage in conversation.
However, the doctor and nursing staff were great 😊😊

I have to say, for having a rather unpleasant, routine procedure, my experience was wonderful. ALL of the staff was amazingly friendly, professional and efficient (from the lobby receptionist to my surgeon). I was sent home with the standard paperwork upon discharge, but was surprised to find a card signed by all the staff that assisted me, that was classy! The facilities were very clean and inviting. I hope I can experience such a wonderful stay again, should the need ever arise.

The staff and doctor was very friendly and thoughtful. They did everything above and beyond what I expected. They treated me very well. They explained everything that was going to happen and what happened. Very satisfied with them. I would definitely go with them again for my next procedure.

Recently was admitted to the hospital from the ER. Nearly every provider I encountered was amazing. Dr. Randall seemed actually concerned and was honest about what treatment would be best. Margaret from wound care also was so kind and helpful. The nurses I had were Sarah, Justin, Jessica, Kathe, and Eva and they were so kind and responsive.

The Ladies in Ultrasound were so Awesome and Wonderful💗 Also the Ladies in Check-in were so Wonderful to help me, even though I came in on the wrong day. I was a day to early and they were able to see me. I'm so Thankful, it gave me the time to spend the day with my grandkids. Thank You Ladies for giving me time to spend with my Loved Ones, Truly a Wonderful Hospital to go too and be seen💗💗💗

Nursing staff was awesome, ESPECIALLY my daytime discharge nurse, Theresa. She was fantastic, and the little jokes, well, put a smile on my face and made me feel at ease. She also communicated great with me on the Dr’s findings, and what was expected in the near future.

The front desk and registration staff were very helpful, professional and nice. The radiology staff was not only polite and professional, but patient as well. I can be a challenge in that environment and the guy and his trainer just rolled with it and got it done! It's a hospital, so I can't say I had a fun time, but I can say unlike other hospitals I have been to, it wasn't a bad experience.

I was fortunate to find a provider accepting new patients as my doctor abruptly stopped practicing. Nurse Barbara was extremely nice as well as Dr. Naquvi. Lab assistants are also very nice and very good at blood draws

The entire staff right down to food services were fantastic!! Staff with honorable mention were the RN from Monday night (didn’t catch her name) also Jim (days) RN, Heather Jean (late shift) RN and Nicole (days) NA. All were excellent though. Very caring and even though very busy never acted as though I was bothering them. Great staff!!!

Everyone was so friendly & thoughtful. From the moment I arrived until my discharge, I couldn't have asked for better care. Everyone went above & beyond in making me feel relaxed & I felt totally assured & confident that I was in the care of Professionals who knew & loved their jobs. The Nurses, Anesthesiologist, Aides & of course Dr Dawn Morey were absolutely the Best of the Best...Thank you LHMI Operating Room Team for making my surgical procedure so calm, caring & stress free. What a relaxed atmosphere & an overall positive experience!!

I had a procedure done in outpatient, from the first smiling face I met at the registration desk to being wheeled out to my car....everyone was welcoming and professional. They explained all the steps taken to prep me for the test and about what they were doing as they proceeded. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.

Everything went well- every one was very friendly and professional and the hospital looked great No problems with the procedure and the “ get well card” was such a nice touch. An extensive information packet was provided and I received a follow up call checking on my condition the next day. The whole experience was appreciated.

Some people will always find something wrong, but, I have found nothing but a positive experience at Lake Huron Medical Center. Professional staff that are 99% friendly as well. Love the online app that can tell you test results, reservations, appointments and useful information. Smaller hospital that I feel is able to give more focus to patient's needs. Biggest bonus is that it is only around 5 blocks from my place

From the moment I walked in to the time I left the entire staff was polite, professional, and efficient. I was nervous and everyone made me feel comfortable and very well taken care of. Much thanks to Dr. Tumma and the staff of LHMC for making my colonoscopy a breeze.

Husband had out patient surgery at LHMC and experienced a serious set back. The staff was outstanding, Doctor Morey was up and above expectations. Took excellent care of him until he was out of danger and could be released.

I had lab wok done. The staff was professional and courteous. Te process was speedy. I always have to get blood drawn from my hand instead of my arm. She was good at getting the vein the first time.

Overall experience was very good. Only negative was that discharge felt somewhat rushed, some information/instructions were given while I was still quite groggy from surgery, making it hard to recall later. Other than that, everything was great and went smoothly.

I had a very good experience as usual. Everyone was kind and friendly. The best part of my visit was talking to Kai in finance. She is so pleasant to talk to, understanding and went way above to help me,

LHMC has always been a top quality hospital. Doctors and Specialists are the best. Patients receive the care they deserve. I want my granddaughter to see a specialist there to remove a tumor that has been ignored for over a year. I wish I could have talked to her about LHMC . Had she gone there she would have had her surgery. And would not have lost her babies. Apparently other doctors and their connected hospital could not resolve this.

Outpatient surgery. Hospital staff were all very helpful, competent and kind. I do not have any issues or complaints with any aspect of the care I received. Will definitely use their services in the future.
