Great group of people and very polite. Have been using them for years and besides a hiccup here or there (and c'mon, isn't that pretty normal even in real life?) I've had no issues with recommending them to others multiple times over.

This is the BEST Insurance Agency!! They are Honest, Caring and are the most Dependable Agency myself and my entire family have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Saved me thousands of dollars compared to my old policies from a direct writer in MA who's name starts with "L & M". Customers only seem to leave negative reviews when it comes to anything insurance related so here's a real review from a real 5 year customer of radius insurance. 10 Stars

radius insurance group is so quick and very helpful. They had all my insurance information ready and all up to date the minute I called them and let them know I had purchased a new vehicle. Not to mention how supportive and informative they where when it came to the accident itself.

You'll never talk to an agent who works at radius. They seem to utilize a network of "temps" to help with customer inquiries. When I had a claim to file they were of no help and it was hard to get a response. When I finally cancelled my policies, I had to follow up everyday just to get a status update to see if they needed any more information to make the cancellation actually happen. Oh and my car rate was more than double of what i'm paying now.

Terrible customer service. Bad attitude from agents. Why even exist? There's plenty of other places that actually want to help you. Go ANYWHERE else.
