It’s difficult to know where to begin this review, so I’ll just start by saying that I couldn’t possibly give a higher recommendation for Susana Murphy and ALANTE Real Estate. When we began our search for the right home for my family, we were very hesitant to start working with any of the agents we came across, as their motivation seemed to be primarily about locking us in as clients. As soon as we connected with Susana, we knew we were in great hands.

Susana treated us with kindness and empathy, which she combined with incredible professionalism, market knowledge, and experience to make our experience amazing and comfortable. After a lot of searching, we decided to build a house to meet our unique needs. A build can be a daunting process, but Susana and ALANTE guided us through every step to make sure we built the exact house that we wanted and needed. She also gave us advice on upgrades that would add value as well as potential pitfalls to avoid. Despite long and frequent commutes, Susana was always there when we needed her. Her responsiveness to our communication was outstanding!

We sold our home in Sandwich in October. We were neighbors with Kim Hanlon who we used as our agent. She was amazing. She helped with every aspect of the sale from giving us names of local, reputable businesses to help with landscaping, opening the swimming pool, and moving furniture and cleaning out the garage, and recommended a great attorney. There was nothing she couldn't handle. We were so impressed with her that we decided we wanted her to help us when we were ready to buy a new house. Again, she was amazing. She kept us stress free. I would highly recommend Kim and Alante Real Estate to anyone looking for an agent.

We began looking at houses about year ago. The first house we looked at, we met Jennifer Eaton from Alante, who was standing in for a co-worker who was unable to attend a showing for us. What a lucky coincidence it was to meet her there.

Some time passed, and we unexpectedly found a house we absolutely loved and wanted to put an offer on, but had no agent, no pre-approval, and offers were due in less than 48 hours. I remembered we had met Jen at the first home we looked at and I called her up on a random weekend day. While enjoying time with her family, she still picked up the phone and agreed to be our real estate agent right then and there and was able to get an offer in quickly for us over a weekend.

However, that home sold for well over asking and didn’t work out for us (a blessing in disguise). We worked with Jen throughout the year looking for homes that worked and were back and forth on whether we wanted to finish the basement of our previous home or if we wanted to move. We felt defeated by the market and interest rates and felt like giving up. Jen stuck with us, checked in frequently, gave advice and useful information, showed us countless homes with short notice, and communicated clearly and promptly every step of the way.

After months of searching and deciding we will mostly likely not move, our life circumstances changed when I got pregnant and the realization hit us that we’d really like a family home. We decided to look at two last homes before deciding what we’d do. Of course, this was right before Christmas and on short notice, Jen went out of her way to get us showings for these homes the night before holiday celebrations with no hesitation. One of the homes we absolutely loved, and Jen worked with us to quickly get our condo on the market in order to make the deal with the new home work out, helping us stage our home for photos, do open houses, etc etc. We only had a short amount of time to get our condo sold in order to be able get the new home, and Jen got it all done! The process felt long with selling and buying, but the whole way, Jen was dedicated to making it all work out for us. As stated above, she never missed a beat.

One thing that really stood out about Alante was their attention to detail when it came to marketing. The personalized brochure for our condo was unbelievable. The photos they got done were excellent as well.

Long story short, we would choose Jen again & again. We wouldn’t be where we are today without her. Despite selling & buying at the same time being a stressful process, having her by our side was worth it. We are so incredibly grateful for Alante and Jen getting us into our forever family dream home and would highly recommend them / her to choose for your journey too.
