St. Louis Convention Center Hotel Garage

Thank God for the lady in the ticket booth on 4/6/24!! If it wasn't for her I would have lost my mind, being from out of town and not used to big city challenges. She really made our day!!!

And Saint Atilla raised the toll gate up on high, saying "O Lord, bless this thy Holy Parking Spot that, with it, thou mayest avoideth thine neighbors' impertinent and inelegant intrusions upon thine paint and panels."
And the Lord did rejoice, and the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths and carp and anchiovies and orangutans and breakfast cereals and fruit bats and...

Very well-lit and clean parking garage.

Pretty cheap and secure parking

It is huge. ALL parking has a cost, NO free parking nearby. The cheapest parking we found during the 3 days we where at #NAYC23 was $1 every 20 min. It took me by surprise.

Decent parking lot for people staying nearby. It kind of looks like a worn down, raerely used space but somehow still gets tons of cars to the your spots.

Friend had a party

One of the workers was polite and held the door for us on the way in but the ladies that run the booths on the way out were rude as hell. Acted super inconvenienced that they had to help explain to us how to use our Marriot card to exit. Like went above and beyond to be rude and make us sound dumb. Very uncomfortable!

Upon trying to leave this garage, we were instructed by our roommates at our hotel room to just show the parking attendants our tickets and that the card on file would get charged. However, as we were trying to leave, complications arose out of our control and as we were trying to get the necessary information cleared up and for them, not one, but two of those parking attendants decided to be unprovokingly rude to us, calling us ignorant, that we were holding up the line, and that we were trying to just get out of the ticket, which was not the case at all. We will NOT be back if we are going to be treated as such.
