Arrived with 15 Min. till close, Matt was super patient with me and helped me find the right fit for my new Heritage Blacksmith boots! Matt was professional and has a great attitude for meeting the customer's needs.

I went into Red Wing for their reputation for excellent customer service and high quality boots. I was not disappointed. I was offered a new job after being unemployed for a month and the last thing they said after offering to hire me was you have to have steel toed boots. My heart sank as I have terrible feet issues. I had little to no hope in walking into Red Wing as I never thought these type of boots would work for me. I expressed this upon walking into the store and Matt picked out a pair for me after a high tech foot scan. Very thorough fitting and he picked out the perfect pair for me on the first try. These have to be the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever put on my feet. Technology has come a long way. King of a hybrid of tennis shoes comfort and steel toed boots. I went back after accepting the job offer to exchange for 1/2 smaller size since originally I wanted more room to accommodate foot pain 12w and eventually decided to go with a 1/2 size bigger 11/5 w than I was sized by the computer 11w. I also decided on my 2nd visit even upon being advised to wait on a add on orthopedic insert decided to purchase them to support my high arches after trying them in the boots. The scan detected this issue I never in 30 years realized was so bad. No pressure sales. All expectations were exceeded way beyond my expectations. Should I have a continued need for steel toes this will forever be my go to place. Not one to review online about anything but the superior customer service here is to be held in high regard. Thanks Matt. Saved me from declining a new job opportunity.

The guy working in the store was very nice and took the time to fit me with several sizes before we found the size that I liked. I bought a pair of iron Rangers and I love them. With a pair of sole insoles also sold in the store they were comfortable right out of the box. I will shop here again. Also these shoes are American made!

I wanted to wait a couple months for my boots to break in before writing a review.

Honestly, at the time, I didn’t even intend on buying a new pair of work boots. Matt, the store clerk was excellent. No pressure to sell. A consultative experience, which I like.

I normally wear size 10 in a boot. However, the 10.5 fit me perfect.

I ultimately settled nicely into Red Wing Classics. A perfect fit/style.

I’ll be back again.

Salesman was very friendly and even stayed a little past close to do the Certified Fit Testing. It was simple and very much appreciated.

I was in town for business and had never visited a Red Wing location. This was an old school experience. John went above and beyond to assist me in selecting a pair of shoes and the proper arch supports. When I returned to the store a few days later - John not only remembered me, but remembered very specific details from our previous conversation. I am thoroughly impressed with this store and with John. John, thank you for demonstrating that customer service still exists. You are a true asset to your company!

Matt at the Watson location was awesome! He helped me find the perfect pair of boots. I loved how much tech goes into finding the right boot for you. Until now I was completely clueless on how to appropriately buy boots. The Boots I have are amazing, so much ankle support, and balance. Super comfy as well.

Very helpful staff. No sales pressure whatsoever. They have a computerized foot measurement tool that not only measures your size of each foot, but all arch height and other info. Gotta love Red Wing boots!!!

Bought a pair of work boots here. They are outstanding. Store owner, Matt, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile on many other items that I was interested in. Other employee at this location was also excellent. Red Wing and their sales reps for generations go the extra mile for quality, proper type for usage, excellent fit and comfort of feet. They also help you maintenance the boots for years of use

I never write reviews for anything but this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, i called to see if they were open and to ask a few questions as it was getting relatively close to closing time and it went to voicemail, the man working called me back and apologized for missing my call and asked if he could help me (absolute unit), that’s unheard of. He informed me that they were still open for another hour and a half so i went to the store, this man went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the work boot i wanted which he had to call another store from out of state to get it shipped to this location, we then talked for a little while about blues and other random things. In conclusion this store has outstanding customer service and the employee working had an awesome personality i didn’t catch his name but he had longer hair and was wearing a blues hat if the owner is reading this give this man a raise, dude is goated

Had a great experience here today. Had to come in for work boots for my new job, and the clerk was very knowledgeable about what I needed and very quick to get me set up. Also, he was a great salesman and quickly got me up sold on the better insoles, and I know my feet are going to Tha k him down the line

John was great. Took a while to get the right fit with insoles being it was my first time getting redwings. If you're getting ready to drop money like this on boots you want to make sure they're perfect. Definitely recommend this place.

New management is crushing it. I was extremely pleased to receive a call about some boots I had totally forgotten I had on order to replace the boots I had bought (wrong size). It was a completely pleasant experience professional and concise. Highly recommend.
