We are so fortunate to have had Doug Doggendorf as our real estate agent. He was the perfect agent for us as first time homebuyers! He helped us find the perfect house in the perfect location. He had thorough knowledge of the local market which kept him very calm and collected which is exactly what we needed in these crazy bidding wars. Every time we wanted to see a property he got us in asap, and when we viewed a new property Doug would perform a detailed inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and appliances etc. He also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get us the price and inspection amendments we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. We definitely recommend him to everyone, and we will be back for our next home purchase! REQUEST MARGI GREENE. She is the best realtor, PERIOD. I cannot emphasize enough just how much she helped us, in every step of the process, beginning to end. From getting our house ready to sell (which took a LONG time), to selling it, shopping for a new home, and buying the new home. There's just no way we could have done this without her.
