I needed a new bus harness for my special needs son, and I needed it quickly. I was so thrilled when he told me I could have the harness shipped with a 2-day delivery time and have it before winter break ended for my kiddo.

They transferred me to the warehouse where they took measurements on a sun visor I was trying to buy just to make sure it was the right one for me.
