Drs. Bailey and Simmons

We were taken back right away to begin the eye exam by a very personable and friendly man (I didn’t check his name). My 8 year old son was a little nervous and he was put to ease right away. All staff members were welcoming, kind, & willing to help! 10/10 recommend.

Dr Bailey was great. I went in to get an updated eyeglass prescription, which found some additional issues with my eyes. He was very thorough in explaining things to me, and took the time to be sure I was comfortable with things before sending me on my way. He sent a referral to a specialist the very next day and followed up with me to be sure I was fully educated on what was happening with my eyes. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure they are completely informed with things that they may not have been expecting to hear. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion.

Dr Bailey was excellent! I leaned more about my eyes in 30 min than I’ve known in all my eye appointments the past 40+ years. The entire process was simple and patient centered. Thank you Dr Bailey and staff!!

Due to bad traffic I was a good fifteen minutes late to my Eye Exam. I felt bad and thought I would have to reschedule. I was met with friendly smiles. Dr. Bailey and his staff immediately worked me into their busy schedule. They took great care of me! A staff member did a few simple eye tests, explaining everything along the way. Shortly after that, I met up with Dr Bailey in his office. His quick wit and nice personality put me at ease...which I appreciate. Dr. Bailey did more in depth Eye Exams. I never once felt rushed. He iis thorough and professional. After figuring out my Eye Prescription, he explained his findings to me. We discussed the health of my eyes...and many things. It is very apparent that Dr. Bailey and his whole team truly care about every person that walks in the door. Staff member, Hoesung, helped me find the perfect glasses and got me such an amazing deal on them! Thank you so much, Dr. Bailey and staff! You are simply THE BEST.

I love going to Target Optical Monticello! It's an easy friendly check-in and minimal waiting time for the doctor. Dr. Bailey is fabulous! I had the new Optomap Retinal Exam and the doctor explained all the results to me which was so interesting and helpful. I also had an eye emergency a few months ago and Dr. Bailey was at an out of town conference. I was able to text him and he called me right away! He is such a caring eye doctor! Also, Alex & Hoesung were such a great help to me while picking out my new glasses. Thanks again for a great eye exam visit!
