Burger King

I placed a mobile order during a weekday lunch rush. Staff of four was working efficiently and I had my order, hot and 100% accurate, within a few minutes.

Change from 1 star 2yrs ago to 5 star. I love BK but had to stop eating there because of the poor food and service. Now y'all are killing it. Keep it up!

I've been slightly unhappy with this BK in the past. But today the service was super fast and friendly, I even had a special order, which was great. And the onion rings were the absolute best hot and crunchy deliciousness Ive never had anywhere else. I'll go back now. Late lunch around 2pm vanilla cone, Whopper no cheese Xtra onion, onion rings. Under $10. 👍🏻

I ordered in the Drive-Thru, it was very busy. The lady was very polite to let me know she would be with me soon. I figure the food wasn't as good just because they were so busy. My hash browns were real crunchy and my breakfast sandwiches we're all over the place in my wrapper. But the way the service was and how refreshing she was towards me, I could live with the food that wasn't so great this time. Food filled the hollow spot just fine this time.

The lady who took my orders was super friendly. My food was made quickly and all of it was done correctly....Definitely a 180 from the last time I got breakfast there. I hope they can keep that standard of service up.

All Burger Kings need to follow the example of this store. Happy employees makes for a happy experience! The moral here is smiles and laughter! These employees are kind, listen and make sure all your food is piping hot. 3rd time here now! I think I will only eat at this burger king. Kudos to you all. Thank you so much 😊👍

I was the first customer on a Saturday morning 7/16/22 and Felecia was all by herself working. She made one lil mistake but caught it herself and corrected it. Had to wait only a couple min and the food was EXCELLENT!
She did a fabulous job! I am very pleased with the service even tho she was alone.
(I really feel for workers that do everything possible to do the right thing even tho the lazy, selfish people that are supposed to help and are scheduled can't even bother to show up! Probably complain that their isn't any jobs too) And she had the biggest smile! Felecia needs a raise!

Ordered through the Burger King app and my order was correct and ready when I arrived. My food was served hot and fresh! Very tasty! I recieved a Lg fry for $1 for ordering through the app. I recommend using their app! Lots of good offers.

FAR Above average burger king. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The food was made quickly, put together well, and delicious. The fries weren't just the best fries I've ever had from Burger King, but any fast food restaurant ever. The location was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. I try to list one or two things I'd think could be improved upon but I have nothing. A RESOUNDING FIVE STAR ESTABLISHMENT---I tip my cap!!

Even though these 4 people who showed up for work today were understaffed. They did a great job for the service of our food. 5/23/23 4:30-5pm

I absolutely loved the Halloween gost pepper burger and the Mexican chicken sandwich would love to see one of them back permanently

They are always giving out good food, they got very friendly workers. Even though they are sort staffed they still have a pretty fast pase. By far my favorite place to come too for food.

Stopped in this morning and lady at the counter greeted us with a smile and said" our computer system is down right now, breakfast is on us". They didn't't turn anybody away during this time nor did they charge anybody for their meals. Awesome.

Received great customer service through the drive-through today. I wish I would have gotten her name! Great job!

They have definitely come along way! Staff is amazing! Food is great! Now I go there at least once a week!
