I took my friend to Target to get groceries and we were pleasantly surprised that Target offers electric carts! My friend is in a boot from her injury and was able to shop without getting fatigued. Aisles are wide and uncluttered.

Great customer service! My pick up order was ready to go and there was a line 2 deep and I was in and out within 10 minutes also had help loading my car without even asking since I had such a big order. Great experience!

Top details:
All carts and baskets are cleaned before guests use them. Clean carts are always going to face towards the entrance. Dirty carts face opposite.
Hand sanitizer and complimentary masks are provided at both entrances.
There is no photo kiosk inside.
Optical, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, CVS are located inside.
There is only one aisle for alcoholic beverages.
Pick-up, ship-to-store, drive-up, ship-to-home, and in-store shopping are all available options.
As of today's date, you can bring your own bags, provided you are able to bag your groceries yourself. Fitting rooms are temporarily closed. Dining areas are temporarily closed.

Weekly Ad papers are available at both entrances.
Guest Services is located on the Drive-Up side.
Tech services is in the back, middle of the store.
Restrooms are at the front of the store between Optical and Recycling.
Recycling is available, except for cardboard and other paper products.

Target BAKERY!!! Made my daughter this cake with just a few thoughts of my own and created this MASTERPIECE!!! Everyone was so impressed and shocked that this art came from target! They expected it to be from an individual baker business. Nope! $22 for this slice

I absolutely 💯 love target and their 2 hour pick up. I grew up where tar-jay was for rich folk. Lol. Now much of their necessities are more affordable than their big competition

This Target staff is the friendliest Target staff! Everyone seems to get along great and like their jobs because they are always smiling and willing to help. I have used to drive up service a few times this winter when I just needed a few things but didn't want to go inside, and the staff is just always so friendly and on time, hardly any wait time with the app check in feature!

The order drive up has been a life saver on days I don’t have time to run in. The employees are always great at this location too. On days I do go inside, the woman that’s usually by the carts is so friendly. She always makes me smile!

I actually had a great experience at Target tonight. I overheard 2 different employees asking people if they needed help including one from electronics. My cashier was very smiley and polite and asked me if I found everything okay. All of these people were fairly young. I was impressed by their behavior! As we were leaving we were also told to have a good night.

The Monticello Target is THE BEST. Saturday I ordered milk for pick up knowing I’d be heading by in about 20 minutes to grab an order and they had it ready by then. Talk about an effective system they have! They are always fast, friendly, and accurate! They also give me quality products, not something that will expire in a day.

Clean and well organized store. They price match without hassling you about it. Drive up, the staff is always kind no matter how hot or cold it is outside. They are always so kind.

The staff at Monticello Target are some of the friendliest folks I have EVER talked to! The female door greeter who was working near the Starbucks entrance on Wednesday 4/14 around 8 am is one of the nicest workers I have ever seen at any store anymore. The cashiers are always pleasant. The store is always clean and everybody is always working hard. But truly, the staff rocks!

I’ve never had bad customer service at target. But sometimes the dedication and friendliness of the staff exceeds my already high expectations. Specifically, the cashier today made my trip memorable with her genuinely positive attitude. She even loaded my cart, and helped my with my cartwheel/wallet.
